First story: Good on that boss for not making the OP split HER tip with the lazy-ass coworker who couldn't be bothered to actually do his job! OP earned it after being told to keep working despite it being her time to clock-out, and Jerry earned jackshit!
Story #1: Now *that's* a great customer (group)! Set things ahead of time, not overly demanding when being serviced, and left a big tip.

This happened to us we offered the asking price it was accepted then a few weeks later they said they needed more we refused as we already had the deal and were not paying more . We then got a better house in the same road cheaper and ,6mths later the first house was still unsold it cost him more in the extra interest he had to pay on his new place than the higher price if the old one . We were laughing all the way to he bank
Last story if I was op I would have looked at them and said "hey I prayed on it too, and God told me that you two were idiots and that we shouldn't buy your house because he would give it to us for a lot cheaper because he didn't like you guys. And HALLELUJAH!" And then walked out.
Greediness is a game with a fine line. You ask for to much then your buyers will balk and walk away. Ask for to little and you're out what you could have gotten.

I had the house issue as well. They owner wouldn't take my loan; The house was up for sell for almost a year I was the only one who looked and offered a bid. I wanted the house it was really close to where I worked at the time, and my daughter could take the bus to school. She finally caved in and sold it to me. Come to find out she had a lousy realtor.
My neighbor went through several realtors, before settling on the best one in the county.
I was looking for a house, found one for a so-so asking price, and reluctantly agreed. The sellers were batshiite crazy, or at least the one who made the decisions was. Things already negotiated, they just openly reneged on, things in black'n'white in the contract, they just said, "Nah, we're not doing it", etc. To get out of it without losing my deposit, I took the only out and torpedoed the financing. All the outward stuff that needed fixing, like the sidewalks, I conveniently reported to the city as dangerous, which they were (lawsuit waiting to happen). Saw notice in the listings that the eventual buyer paid about 20k less than what I was going to pay.

Yeah that server that's avoiding taking tables is an idiot as a server tips or 90% of your income so hes basically just hanging out at work all day and not making any money
In the first story....I hope she gives some of the tip to the food runners. Without them, she would have been working her arse off.

There are a lot of unsung heroes in the food industry. All need appreciation especially during the covid since they are exposed to the public and anyone with covid can walk in and shut down the entire establishment from infection.

I have to say that while I enjoy your channel, RW, when it comes to fights over parking rights, I am almost always completely confused but the descriptions. The OP's story is almost alway poorly described and I'm left scratching my head over why a person can't park on the street in front of their house, why there's a road heading sideways from their garden which is somehow the neighbour's only access, why the cul-de-sac is an issue, why a non-decropulated road runs through their back yard, how the annual cattle drive figures into it, etc., etc. I don't imagine you can do much about it, but the descriptions are almost always really poor.

Keep,in mind that many of these stories are not from the US where we have different laws, roads, etc. from watching TV? I’ve noticed that in other countries the roads are much narrower than ours generally are because I’d the land, older towns, etc. I, too can’t imagine a road that’s too narrow for two cars either but I have been in parts of much older cities in the eastern part of PA where the towns were set up 200-300 years ago and they can’t be widened to fit our kind of vehicles - gets tricky to drive them and many times they can be just one way and with parking on both sides. And then there are the roundabouts which many Americans still have trouble figuring out how to negotiate🥴🥴🥴

Why would you post a story from someone who use such obvious hate-speech in their writing? Skipping over it with your narration is not enough. Even blurring it (which you didn't do) is not enough.
