Try and find a local that will help you as many will have a price for locals and what they call the gringo price (for foreigners) and this can drop your price significantly. Local mom and pop shops, your local baristas etc may assist or know who has an availability.
Good luck with your hunt for new apartment in Lisbon . We thought you loved Algarve and me and wife looking forward to visit Algarve next month and spend winter there , well so called "winter" =)
Hi Daphna great video .. as always. Yes house hunting and investment is not easy, research and getting to know the locale takes time and effort ..endurance and patience..looks like a lovely old city ❤ i like architecture and sea, but also open quiet natural areas like Great Ocean Road .. with the sounds of ocean waves and sea & forest smells and wind in trees in the forest keep creating great videos god bless 🙏
Thank you Daphna. I love ❤️ your informative blogs. 👏. While I’m not in that mode for investing I truly appreciate what you’ve achieved with YT and the other incoming investments info. Very helpful. Thank You! 😊
Hi Daphna, great insights! The tax perspective is particularly interesting. I’m curious-do nomads living in Portugal only pay taxes there, or do they also have tax obligations in another country, like their home country?
@@Daphna. Great video! Could you share with us what is currently the price per square meter of the apartment you showed? It was difficult to tell how large the apartment was, how many bedrooms and baths, does it come with finished bathrooms and kitchen, etc. Also, is there any annual property tax assessed on real estate in Portugal? Thank you!
The apartment looks beautiful! I would definetly rent. Is the economy going up or down? If you wanted to sell it in couple years, how would it play out? And do you need to be in Lisbon, or would a more suburb area work? I have never been to Portugal, so this may not apply. But if I were independant, I would maybe check for other options before deciding.
Hi Daphna, I was interested in taking your course, I have 2 TY channels one is active the other more dormant. The active one is already 3 years old. I’m constantly uploading but very slow growth only 700 subs so far. I love creating videos, much like you I moved to Portugal to start over. My channel is part of my new career plan so obviously I need help. Not sure if just a 1:1 consolation would be better, or to take the course, I’m on YT for along time started different channels. Like a lot of people. Let me know what you think.
Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you’ve been putting a lot of heart and effort into your channels. If your active channel has been running for 3 years but is growing slowly, I’d recommend starting with the course to build or refresh the basics and ensure you’re focusing on the right strategies. Once you’ve completed it, I’d love to dive deeper into your personal circumstances with a one-on-one consultation to help you fine-tune everything for your specific goals❤️ if you have any further questions shoot me an email

Why not move to the countryside? Or Porto? Cascais? So many lovely places in Portugal!
highly appreciate this informative video
makes me so happy to read❤️❤️❤️
Lovely!! I Love Portugal! I don't think you can go wrong investing there! : )
sending you lots of love from Portugal Xxx
Does anyone know why they don’t allow you to view inside?

Great question! Depends on the country you’re from
So you’re adding to the housing shortage and high demand.
I like the apartment and feel it would definitely appreciate in value!
I love it too❤️❤️❤️
Hi Dafna. Great video.🙂 4,50% yield with or without mortgage?
Without 😊

Lisbon..... Not to leave

These are such wonderful questions! And thank you for your kind words and your support ❤️
🤩
I meant yes to investing in the apartment and no to rent without seeing it before. Photo, s and videos all can b manipulated
I would rather invest in an apartment or stay in a few different places throughout the year than to move into an unseen apartment.
