From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
Sounds interesting. I was planning to invest some few £ in some coins, stack them up and leave them for a few years, but seeing this changed my mindset. Thank you very much
Love your message. Mid-60's, have been living the nomad L/S for 4yrs and loving it. Love the lack of stress with short term rentals. Who says an old dog can't learn new tricks. Started my YT channel mid-Dec and enjoying contributing back. Keep up the great videos. ♥♥
Interesting you say Algarve is to much ’retire’ feeling😉 That’s my experience since being here a couple of months too…🦋 Considering going back to Mallorca!
Your new home is very beautiful. The important thing is that it feels like your new home. I always try to make my tenants feel at home. It's part of the success of rentals. Some Sometimes we have to sacrifice views for location when it comes to the city. Good luck in your new stage. 💯🥰
I love your sense of adventure, Daphna. Myself I hate moving back and forth, let alone searching etc. So for me, long term is the preferred way. Looks like I'm too much of a home bug 😂. It's what makes me happy I just moved back to greece, just a little over 2 months ago after living 30 years in canada. So I'm totally appreciating staying in my rental apartment for a while.
I’m loving this lifestyle of staying in short term rentals and having the freedom to move as I wish. Haven’t tried the mid term rentals, definitely open to this. Thanks Daphne, beautiful space you manifested! 💗🙏
You are having so much fun and I have fun watching you. We are looking to buy a place and have a permanent home so that would be a good option while we search. I will do a one month rental this year in Porto, can't wait.
It sounds like a great idea! Something I will look into when I launch into my adventure stage of life. I’m still in planning stage. Just a quick question, what do you do with all your belongings when you travel? Even if you don’t have furniture, do you pack everything with you or do you use storage? Love your content ❤
Thanks for such an enlightening video. If you don't pay rent on a mid term rental when you travel, I assume you can't leave your personal belongings in the apartment. What do you do with them while you are away?
Beautiful apartment! Could you please tell us the name of the mid-term rental company ? They should sponsor you, for you are highly praising they service. Best regards, Sylvia
@Daphna, I am also renting one of those mid-term rentals and it;s very pretty apartment. How do you manage your things (and/or furniture) when you are moving to new apartments? Even though i dont have furniture, but some small electronic appliances, i find it difficult to move all my clothes, books, administration, and other things.

Many new tra-ders face challenges without proper guidance. I found success by learning from James Clark's expertise.

"Such an eye-opening perspective! Who knew paying higher rent could actually save money in the long run? 💡💰 Really thoughtful insights!"
Love this video Daphna. Always interesting to hear about other possibilities. Mid term rentals sound like a very interesting solution.
Great video, what is the name of the mid term rental company you used?
Yes, a more flexible rental agreement sounds awesome.

thank you so much for watching❤️
Sounds great, but I think it would make me feel too unsettled having to more around so often.
Daphne: You are such a great inspiration, admirable and charismatic!
