Yamaha Superjet TR-1 Freebie Mod

Taking a look at the TPS on the Superjet, trying to elevate the dead spot in the throttle. The first 15 to 20% of throttle at the lever gives no response from the engine. Big shout to ‪@stuarthatfield6266‬ for the tip! Thanks for watching!

Great video and attention to detail all way down to that specific T25 Torx bit with the hole in it. I've only ridden my ski a few times and now I'm going to check out my throttle for any lag as well ✌

Great Vid. One question though....the part where you are adjusting the TPS is filmed in the dark and slightly obscured by your hands. Can you explain exactly what you were doing? Looked like you were turning it clockwise. If that is correct, how big an adjustment...1/8th inch, 1/4 inch?? Thanks again!!

This is timely. I just installed a throttle lever on Friday and noticed that the lack of response while actually watching the throttle open and close. Instead of doing this I adjusted the cable tension at the lever to get rid of the gap. See any risk with that?
