Also was wondering what the zip ties are for on the underside of the hood. Mine has two of them but nothing is in them. Maybe for a tool kit or something? I have a Husqvarna 701, amazing bike, ABS,TC,Quickshifter Up+Down, It is the first bike I have ever really ridden on the street, currently at 3700 miles and the only issues I have with it is that I cant install a powercommander, still trying to get it to work. Regarding the "Buy it again" I wouldn't, I would buy a FE501 and supermoto it, the 701 weighs ~320 pounds and makes 74hp, The 2025 FE501 is 64HP @ 250lbs.

Intermittent not starting, I replaced cdi, coil, nada, the true fix was to replace the diode in behind the headlight, is very simple to replace it plugs in with two terminals

The stock cdi is garbage. Get a Ignitech programmable cdi

Last year when my RXTX was bogging down and topping out at like 58 it was the plugs. Center plug looked FOUL.

Its amazing how plugs go so quickly in skis. New set of plugs are like Viagra to these things. Got a lot more Pep now!
