Original Boss Chorus Ensemble CE-1 pedal - Chick Corea's Spain

This old pedal is really beat up and warbles like a uni-vibe. I'm playing through the Fender Champ amp. Using "Spain" by Chick Corea or at least my abridged youtube friendly version of Spain to demonstrate the chorus effect. It also has a wicked vibrato that I'll demonstrate later. My brother got this pedal for free when he bought his first bass guitar back in the last century before the internet. The guy just threw it in to the mix. It used to have all it's knobs but sometimes when you let people borrow things they don't come back the same as when they went out... Bill Littleford - guitars.

Scary but brilliant playing. The wobbly Leslie rotating speaker sound is great, can you back-off the pitch modulation a fraction? It's just the playing and Chick Corea don't mask it. Lovely, more please.

Yes, I think that old pedal needs some work. The wobble is pretty excessive! Thanks for watching.
