I don't consider Circus acts with animals as abuse. Most animals have a pretty tough life in the wild. Apart from Killer Whales, they go from living 40 odd years in the wild to living 5 years in captivity.
Peter has no problem reducing membership on their own especially once you learn the truth about how many animals they kill per year, thr amount of pets they steal, and then their just weird marketing campaigns.
While I appreciate the spy stuff I wish there wouldn’t have been so many jokes about animal cruelty, Ringling did lots of work to make sure animals were treated properly and especially with places like the Elephant conservation, they put lots of work into making sure the acts were fair to the animals and worked around natural habits.
Adding to my comment, it would be really interesting to see A logistics of how the circus made it from town to town via train for Wendover productions and if Sam was interested I have an extremely good contact that could help make it possible.
