So the fermenter and the keg exchange pressure that allows a good beer flow!!
I have never thought that... that's why i love you and your chanel. You keep it simple and smart!

Thank you, I am working on a tasting video for the near future and will compare this with a Coopers kit I did a few weeks earlier.

I do the same transfer method and get great results. I have some vanilla extract sitting around and should try adding it to my next stout or Porter. Cheers 😀 👍 🍻

The vanilla really brings in hidden flavours but not so much the aromas, I'm pretty glad I tried it.

Hi @Beerman2221, I do have a video on making the beer and I agree this batch is very nice compared to the Coopers batch I did before this one. Here is the link ruclips.net/video/uIes68668NY/видео.html

At 6:40: "This is actually transferring using gravity only, not using gas."
But you are using gas. You couldn't do this without some gas pressure in both the fermenter and the keg.

Sorry, when I say not using gas I am referring to not continuously pushing the fluid with gas and purging the keg to the atmosphere. The method in this video shows movement without using gas pressure only gravity reducing the need for wasting co2. You always need to use a small amount of gas to even out the pressure. Hope this helps. Cheers
