Women in Orthopedic Surgery Give Medical Students A Hands-On Experience

Women working as physicians, engineers, chemists, nurses and physician assistants all across the U.S. in orthopedics came together at the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University to mentor female medical students, undergraduates and high schoolers.
The students got hands-on demonstrations with medical tools used in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries such as spine, hand, suturing and more.
