Loved the entire album! Its crazy how this might be my first actual "no-skip" kpop album since forever! I feel like theyve tapped into something with the electronic/rock hybrid sound and the more R&Besque songs tie the whole album together really well. It feels like a much more polished version of their Japanese releases and I'm here for it

Honestly I can’t even rank the solos bc they all make me feel different things… yeji’s makes me feel so powerful and UMPH and Lia’s makes me feels so lazy and chill and calm and ryujin’s is just so pretty vocally to me I love her voice so much, I like that genre of music but I think the chorus is the worst part of the song as well. I actually love the chorus but I think it could’ve been better bc of how good the rest was and it wouldn’t have felt as choppy. Chaer’s song makes me feel so saxyyyy like I like the vibes so much, I’m not a fan of her vocal tone sadly, even in itzy songs I don’t like it so much (same with other idols too, some of their voices are just not for me 🤷🏻♀️) so I think just because of that I wouldn’t listen to it as much but it’s still a very enjoyable song for me. And of course my girl yuna’s song is so encouraging and ADORABLE. It’s also such a slap at her stupid ass haters. Miss Yuna dgaf 💅💅 and fun fact “not yet but” sounds like “nan yeppeo” in a more Korean accent and means I’m pretty. She’s so iconic for writing that lyric 😗

My favorite solos in order are 1. Lia, 2. Yeji, 3. Chaeryeong 4. Yuna and 5. Ryujin. Like you, I'm not really a fan of the sound of Ryujin's or that type of genre, but she sounded amazing on it and I need more vocalist Ryujin in my life. Not all boygroups and girl groups suit every single genre of music and concept. There’s a reason that specific sound is more commonly used for boy groups as it suits the heavy rap verses, concepts and choreo of boygroups more. Let’s lot act like all boy groups can pull off bubble gum pop either. There’s a handful of girl groups that CAN pull off those types of songs though as they have the ability to deliver it and it feels natural. ITZY are one of the groups that can pull it off imo. Not sure why you’re so pressed at that
