I have a g8 oled form Samsung. Absolutely awesome monitor. Had it for almost a year and no burn in. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are a serious competitive gamer though. There’s better options for a lot less money if you only care about refresh rate. OLED is the way to go for single player games.
OLED is known for its decay rates. The picture is unbeatable at first, but within a year depending on use, you may off with a another option. Do your homework before you buy.
Its an oled so of course it does but who cares about burn in when u getting the best display quality available by choosing an oled? Just throw it away & buy another one..

thus said @MattKahla this is some biased review go into detail more, this is a Dell monitor with a "markup" name
$1200 and it doesn’t go past 120hz? Kinda ridiculous
Yeah that’s a bit ridiculous I’ve seen cheaper ones go to 240 hz
Whoever said it doesn’t? That’s just what the ps5 and xbox can do, the monitor is most likely 144 hz or above.
The monitor is 175hz for PC & 120hz for XSX & PS5.. Also this monitor is 2 years old which is why its not 240hz like the newer monitors
@@504Trey my monitor is 4 years old and 240hz tho lmao
Alienware is the predecessor of Apple, you pay for the brand not for the quality
But does it get burn in?
Get the 49inch G9, but it does get burn in😅(like every other OLED monitor)
@@jkbptk I hate 49 inch way too wide and not tall enough at all
@@aster22380 I daily drive it and It's great for productivity, but I understand.
@@jkbptk I personally like tall monitors for productivity verses wide but I'm tall so I think that's why
