Special Puto Series: Puto Pao by Chef Nhikz

- Puto Pao Recipe
420 g All Purpose Flour
170 g White sugar
130 g Powder milk (Nido, Bear Brand, Alaska, Skim milk)
1/4 tsp Salt
50 g Oil (COrn oil, Canola oin, Vegatable oil)
570 g Water ( Room temp)
2 Large Whole Egg (beaten)
Asado Filling
500 g Ground pork
1 Medium Onion
30 g Garlic
120 g Dark Brown Sugar ( Check my video on how to make Dark Brown Sugar)
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pc Star anise
40 g Oyster
30 g Premium soy sauce
250 g Chicken broth (or water just add 1 chicken cube)
3 Tbsp Cornstarch - Dissolve in 3 Tbsp water

Thanks chef Nhikz for sharing your recipe..i am trying it today but i noticed you missed the baking powder in your list of ingredients.. i cooked the pork asado filling last night and it taste good! i like also how you measure your ingredients, weight for dry and volume for liquid ingredients.
