Poor wheel control could be turning technique and/or lack of practice. Wheel control is the most important part of driving and the road test . I would recommended to take more practice and work on hand over hand technique. That’s the most helpful way to handle the wheel. Once you get that, turns will be fixed as well if you learn to slightly tap the gas pedal and let wheel slide while turning.
