I actually have a pet peeve about high heels in movies and TV shows. I can understand that a female character might wear them on certain occasions or when they aren't planning on doing much running around. It makes no sense in situations where the character would conceivably know beforehand that they would be doing a lot of physical activity. I really appreciate it when they show female characters wearing sensible shoes for whatever they are doing.
It was great seeing Emma Frost in this show. Emma first started out with the Hellfire Club and then the Hellions. After she changed and became part of the X-men family. I would like to see her character return in the X-Men Movies as an actual X-Men member, not a rival or enemy.
Even though she may have betrayed them, all she wanted was the Phoenix to be out of Jean and destroyed for now so it would not destroy everyone when it controls Jean. The Dark Phoenix. In the show, Charles saw this to be true and implored everyone to trust Emma.

I didn’t know who Emma frost was until I read an origin comic I found in the shelves in a library at my highschool; the one where she kissed her professor without his consent. And then I saw this show. Best Emma Frost I have ever seen.

It's a shame this show never got the follow-up it deserved since it was gonna cover the apocalypse arc. It had a awesome premise with Xavier exploring a doomed future and discovering what went wrong so he could relay the info to Logan in order to prevent such a future.
I loved this show when I was little, and I still love it now. This show was my introduction into Emma Frost and to this day it is still my favorite version of her. Only thing is… I didn’t like her with Scott. I shipped her with Wolverine. Even at the end, Wolverine was the only one who looked mournful when she died and although throughout the entire show, he was suspicious and sometimes rarely trusted her, he was the only one who trusted her enough to do the right thing in the end.
Scott trusted her and all, but it just felt like he used her to me. And when she helped it didn’t feel like appreciated her. Took her for granted I guess. While Logan may have been more rough and trusted her less, he trusted her when it counted and he gave credit when credit is due. Tho he may not like to admit it at times.

Fans who grew up with the Dark Phoenix saga, didn’t like how rushed this version was. Originally it was post to have Jean taking back the Phoenix force, & flys off into the cosmos, just to keep Scott & their friends/family safe. Frost would been able to redeem herself, by protecting Scott from Jean, while promising her that she’ll take care of him for her. If they didn’t cancel the show after one season, we would get to see Frost get resurrected to how she was.
Scott has a lot of mental trauma that gets in the way of him being happy and being able to relax. He is a good leader but has too many hang ups. Emma could have continued to help him. Rip Emma.
