She did if you read between the lines.
She basically implied the rise of the far-right in France and the EU would lead to a decline of American influence in Europe and with rise of pro-Russian influence which could eventually lead to real repercussions for the United States and everyday Americans and their way of life.
Putin is getting what he wants by weakening the United States and NATO from the inside while political extremist on both sides are cheering, not realizing they’re being used as puns in a larger game.
Thats because there isn't an actual defined group. Far right in France is like randomly stating the word "racist" in America when you get caught breaking the law.

I always tell them that Europe is not far right and never will be. It’s just that the public wants stricter immigration policies.
