I’m so conflicted! I have reservations for both the after party and seats option. And now I must choose. I love being up close but I also like the idea of relaxing while they do fireworks. Dang this is hard!!!!

Do you have to get up right away after the fireworks for the seats and sweets. Or can you stay and wait for the fireworks crowd to exit?

Great video! We have a question about seats and sweets, do you have your own table or do they sometimes mix families/couples on the bigger tables in the middle? Thanks 😊

I wish they would at least bring the spring rolls back

We agree. It would be nice if there were savory options offered.

When do they actually start doing check in? What time did you start standing in line? And were you happy with where you ended up or would you show up earlier?

We suggest arriving 30-45 minutes before the check in time Disney states. Here's our article with details and comparing dessert party options: wdwprepschool.com/disney-world-parks/magic-kingdom/special-events/fireworks-dessert-party/

My husband is diabetic and my son is gluten free. Is there enough for them to eat to make it worth the high price?

Disney chefs are very accommodating. We suggest talking with Dining services to see what substitutions they could make. That said, the offerings at the dessert parties are very concentrated on the sweet side, with not more than cheese and crackers for a savory option.

Honestly no. I'm diabetic and I did the dessert party and it was 90% sugary desserts

I’m planning to go to Magic Kingdom on a day when extended evening hours are offered (I’ll be staying at a deluxe resort).
If I choose the post fireworks party, will I have enough time to eat and go on rides under the extended evening hours?
Or would the pre fireworks party or sweets & treats party be a better option?

If staying for Extended Evening Hours, I would choose the pre-fireworks party or Sweets & Treats so you can maximize your time on attractions with low waits once the park officially closes to day guests.
