Kyle, a great tv show packed with social commentary. The puppetry was fantastic and the voice actors all were memorable. Neca brought alot to this release. In classic Neca fashion Easter eggs in some of the accessories the special baby head of course. I do wish two more heads would of been part of the pack out. A glaring head as it sets up the baby hitting Earl. Also a laughing head as he enjoyed punishing -Not the Mama! One I hope to find instore but we'll see if the fates are fair🕵️ a paleo(NOT😉), I mean prolific review ✌️
I have this on preorder as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. if I see this at Target first I'll pick it up as I bet it will be cheaper that BBTS. I agree definitely not very much meat on the ol dinosaur bones for the price.
C'mon Neca what are you doing to us? I love the Dinosaurs series. I have the complete series on DVD. The ending was dark. Especially for a childrens show. Where they killed all the Dinosaurs. With of course a meteor. There was also a weird episode where they had an archaeologist or an actor pretending to be an archaeologist excavating talking about Dinosaurs.
Great review. Dinosaurs is timeless. It's a shame that the series is relatively obscure now. I rewatched the series and was pretty surprised at just how much adult humor I was exposed to as a kid lol. I had all the old toys including the talking Baby doll. I was freaking afraid of that thing sitting in my room when it was time to go to sleep. I can't wait to get my hands on these figures... I doubt NECA will go ahead with other characters but I'd be happy to eat those words!
I think it's a good sign they plan on making the main roster, considering they didn't make this a deluxe 2-pack. I mean, it all depends on how well these sell. Not too shabby considering I only found one Baby at Target today...and was just there the other day when they didn't have any. Granted, they probably only got like three, but at least some sold. I _really_ want a Robbie, Roy, and Mr. Richfield. And of course we need the three ladies...well, plus Fran's long necked best friend - like just her head and long neck as an accessory.
You can put the Baby Sinclair near the Movie Ninja Turtles. Built by the same company. Heck, put him next to Movie Splinter, they where played by the same guy.
Memories…. I didn’t think I would se this as a figure. Alf was more popular… But this is almost like Baby Yoda figure - is it worth the steep price for such a small figure? This and dad should have been a duo pack to balance out the plastic and sizes.
He comes with a TON of accessories in addition to the high chair. I thought so too initially, but Dad is so big and the baby box is completely stuffed.

Is it because the production costs are the same as for a larger figure? is it just market strategy so they keep a "premium" price for the entire line? Wouldn't it make sense to have this figure in a smaller package/presentation and sell it at a more reasonable price? anyway, thanks for the review Kyle! great work.
It does come _loaded_ with accessories. Anytime this thought gets brought up (like Super7 Snarf), I always default think about an old figure like Wicket. No matter what the size of the figure was (larger than average or smaller), they were the same cost. Now one thing that is slimy business practices is Brian Flynn charging $10 more for Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living. If you're gonna charge an extra cost for larger figures, you should charge less for the smaller ones like Snarf. But with what NECA typically does (like in Baby's case), they balance it out with giving you more accessories.
10:03 Oh yeah, that's an Ankylosaurus...but it does kinda have your name in it. I get how there's scientific names for all the species we know and love that exist now, but what's the deal with all of these dinosaurs not also having like regular (non Latin) names we can all remember? I guess 'cause they're not walking around anymore, so why bother giving them non eight syllable names that 90% of us can't pronounce.

This is a pass for me, I just don't need these. I watched the show when it was on Friday's, but once they moved it, I didn't watch it. I just don't have a strong like or connection to these characters. Cool for those that want them though.
