Regardless of her waist size, this nice lady Ena was met with hostility and nastiness by the hotel manager Martha, not wanting to believe she could afford and saying she looked out of place!!! The nasty manager still refused accommodation, thinking she was keeping the standards maintained but was turning away customers with such attitude!!! Wait till Ena reveals who she really is, even Mr Winters himself will be horrified by how they treated his Daughter-in-law!!! Someone is getting the sack, while the hotel gets a new manager really soon!!! Remember, Supermission Squad, treat people how we want to be treated!!! Watch to the end, you will love it!!!

The employee isn't a small woman, and her appearance isn't that great either.
I know I may be mean by blocking people from claiming which position they comment, but what the hotel receptionist did was way beyond stupid. I don't claim this to be funny at all. What Martha did was absolutely wrong. I am sure she may have signed an oath that declares that you are to treat everyone with respect. Claiming if they are first, second, or third may be a game, but you play games like what the receptionist did in this video, and you see how long you last on the job.
I can assure you I would never play games like this receptionist/mgr.did with the beautiful customer.I treat everyone with the absolute best customer service possible always.

Being judgmental can cost you more than you bargained for!! We’re living in a time like no other & people tend to judge others just out of pure ignorance or meanness. Unless someone comes in to a restaurant or Motel Showing signs of wanting to cause trouble, it should not be tolerated, but just because someone doesn’t fit your criteria; it is definitely wrong. Always treat people with respect & dignity as you would want to be treated. What à pitiful way to treat people because they may look different, a different color, etc. WWJD?
This is ridiculous. The manager had no reason to discriminate against the plus sized lady at all and she wasn’t even that overweight but that’s not the point. She was such a nice customer.

Moral of the story:
1. Always respect others no matter what they look like.
2. Be careful what you do. Actions have consequences.
3. There is no excuse for discrimination.
She deserved to lose her job; what she did was discriminate based on body size.
They should have kept Martha but demoted her to assistant housekeeping, who had to unclog toilets and clean pubic hair out of the drains and off the toilet bowls!

I hope Martha comes to learn the error of her ways and becomes a better person. And if she does change and strives to repent, if the hotel rehires her; she'll have to start from the ground up as a maid/room service and in order to be promoted, she has to prove to the owner's family she's changed for the better. And maybe, just maybe, down the line if she ever gets front desk duties again; she remembers her screw up and doesn't repeat it.

I had two ladies make comments on my skin color. I was at CVS drugstore. They said that the ivory foundation is over there even though I wasn’t looking for foundation. I tried the ivory foundation and it didn’t match my skin color. If was too light. The real foundation that matches is nude beige. The ladies who were making comments about my skin were customers. My Question is it okay that I brought this up with an associate? I felt incredibly offended. My dad had an olive complexion and my mom is fair. I am part Irish, but I realize that not all Irish people have blue eyes and light skin. My eyes are brown. And this woman asked me if I have blue eyes. I said no. She said that is good because blue eyes are the devil.

The girl in front desk doesn't deserve to be bullied. She apologized and ask for another chance. She admits she did wrong. If they don't expect that than she deserves better

The girl at the front desk needs to be held accountable for her actions. She only apologized because Ina was her boss's daughter-in-law. If he lets this slide, she might feel emboldened to repeat her bad behavior in the future.

Very strange video. Does not make sense? Why does she have to go through the humiliation when she is family of the owner. Why call the husband after pleading with the hotel reservation lady. Is there a need to beg for a room. Totally unexpected that she is the owner's son's wife. She seems like a ordinary person looking for a room. Why no reservation before coming into the hotel when she is the owner's daughter in law. A ridiculous video without any sense.
I know the theme or subject of the video is discrimination based on the appearance and skin colour. This is well established. But, why does the lady have to go through the emotions of being humiliated from the beginning when she is family to the owner. Why no reservation was made? This is quite puzzling! Towards the end she calls her husband crying who happens to be the hotel owner's son! Something is seriously wrong with logic of this video. When you make a video like this it has to be more realistic and make utter sense.

Maybe I don't understand something... But why does this woman keeps being polite after one minute of talking to a mean person? That's just ridiculous. And this woman pays too much attention to her own weight. No one even cares about her weight. The girl didn't like her from the beggining and acted like a mean person, that's all. It wasn't about the size. I feel sorry for the woman and also I feel sorry for her husband. Imagine him listening to such a crybaby every day.
If her father in law lives that close that he can be there in a matter of minutes, then why wouldn’t she be staying with her family?
