The Appointment

This video is a compilation of short films I shot and produced myself during my medical withdrawal from my university. The films were a way to communicate with family and friends some of what I was going through so they could better understand my physical and emotional struggles. It wasn't until I heard about the competition from one of my case managers that I thought I'd do something more with it by reaching out to a bigger audience. I hosted an event at my university during disability awareness week for professors and students, where I presented this film and addressed issues in recovery.
