To be honest, i tried almost all the best restaurant in hyderabad mutton, chicken and beef biryani like Mehfil, cafe bahar, shah ghouse, Bawarchi and alhamdullilah restaurant it's really good but nothing satisfied me like our seeraga samba biryani of Tamilnadu and the best biryani I ate is Bangladesh style Fakruddin biryani which is very rich aromatic flavour and rice is similar to seeraga samba. I request jabbar bhai to visit to dhaka (Bangladesh) once to explore this famous kacchi biryani from Fakruddin, it will be very unforgettable taste.

Thank You Bhai for your love and kindness. Bhai, Since you told for first 15 mins keep in High flame, then 30 mins in Low flame. Is not when keeping in High flame for 15 mins , the mutton which under will turn like black charcoal
mutton will not turn black as the 1 kg of mutton will release its own juices which is watery (approximately 300 ml) , curd will also release the water , water from rice too will come down (some people add 1 cup of hot water to the mutton , curd, spice oil and mix it thoroughly and then layer it with rice).
