Hi Stay Stitching which machines would you suggest if I plan to start making clothing to sell? I also already have a serger that I purchased for inside seams of clothing
Thank you so much! I'm just getting back into sewing, and I've been excited to use my new machine, but every time I go to open it, I find a reason to procrastinate. This video helps make it feel much less overwhelming to get started.

Hi Jen! I’ve just purchased the Brother 7000i. It’s out of the box and ready for me to begin sewing. I had a Brother 8450 and it gave me such apprehension I never sewed a stitch. I’ve also owned a very old White and a Kenmore with cams. I wore out the Kenmore! Enjoyed it immensely and turned out clothes for everyone in our household. Your demonstration was very easy to follow. It did make me want to pop to my sewing room and get started even after midnight! Thanks! I’ll watch more tips on this machine and fashioning fabric.
Thanks dear i think you're the only one doing a video on cs7000i and it's really helpful, this is my first time buying a sewing machine and I needed lots of information on how to start the machine and how to sew, your video is really helpful thank you so much
My machine arrived today! Unboxed, threaded and practiced already. Thanks so much for this video as it was extremely helpful. I will continue to refer to it. Let the sewing begin!!!
I just received my new CS7000i, huge upgrade from my be loved JX2517. I am so thankful that you featured this machine as it was hard to find any video about it during my pre-purchase research since it is a new model. I am happy I picked it! Looking forward to more of your videos featuring CS7000i!
Fantastic job explaining the machine, you articulated and displayed everything beautifully. This is my first time sewing (this machine kept popping up as highly recommended) I will def continue to watch your videos as my "go-to" while learning. Thanks!
I am so thankful to have found your videos. I have always sewn by hand and decided to buy this machine after watching your very informative videos. Setup was easier than I could have imagined. My first use consisted of mending 7 pieces of my “holy” clothing while taking a break from writing. Looking forward to doing more with this machine. For those looking for a great machine for beginners - I highly recommend. If I can do it anyone can - I have never used a sewing machine in my 49 years of living. Don’t be intimidated.
You do a GREAT job of educating. I've been sewing for years - but was exploring a basic machine for my granddaughter and I am so pleased to have found you!
I have a 30 year old Husqvarna Viking that weighs 26 lbs. and needed a lighter machine to travel to my quilting class. I just purchased the CS7000X machine and found your video very helpful since I have never used a Brother machine before. Looking forward to your helpful hints.
Sewing Report Thank you so much for this series on the Brothers CSi6000-7000 series. I’ve been machine sewing for 50+ years. This is my first computerized machine. I have a heavy duty machine and a Baby Phat serger. I chose this machine for supposed “ease of learning and use”. I’m feeling a little anxious about learning and operating properly. I really love sewing & crocheting. I think you’re just the person I need to get me up and running with confidence. The machine is shipping now. Wish everyone success 🥇🌟.
Hi Kathy... I have a question do you know the difference between the CSI600 and the 7000 series.. I'm a biginer I'm not sure on witch one to get.. thank you
