I always feed my deer trimmings to my dogs, this year I have some butcher pigs I'm raising I fed some of the trimmings and fat too them.

Deer fat has always given a waxing feeling in my mouth. I have saved the cull fat that it looks like a net around the gut I've heard it's good.
