A hovering rain cloud made a unique sunset and the first time I got rained on while filming a sunset. Before the rain reaches me, it can be seen against the sunset-its scent wafting across the lake heralding spring. I filmed the rain shower and stayed on capturing the ducks eating in the rain and a loon calling. When the clouds cleared later on, the crescent moon of a new lunar month was visible.
This lake has no homes on its shores which is unusual.
