I saw 60 sq m townhouse video walk through by another real estate company, the house is beautifully designed - interior and exterior. The 60 sq m space in that house was used intelligently competitive price like this one.
Couple of haters here it's so funny, the guy is only doing his job as a real estate agent and he's not forcing anyone to buy those property. If you don't like it then find other option suits you. if you have the means to buy you'll find your own way to purchase your chosen property no amount of sales talk can change your mind once you finalize it everything as a BUYER. Comparing this property to Thailand or Japan, then buy a property there nobody stopping or preventing you! Otherwise Skip the video if stresses you out hahaha 😂
Why is the kitchen so small? I've stayed at hotels with larger kitchenettes. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one small room. This is supposed to be a Townhouse, not a studio apartment. OMG! LOL! Are you serious about that closet space. Its enough for a few essentials. This is a hotel, not a Townhouse.
