What is the point in feeling bad? That is just how rankeds works, sometimes you lose because of one teammate and it's completelly normal, it doesn't change if it is a cheater or just a troll.
In all fairness, it's always harder to tell if someone on your own team is cheating during a match, unless they like obliterate everyone instantly all the time. When playing against a cheater, you can check your deathcam and the likes, but you don't get to see that if they're your teammate.
@IEatAnts644 why is it bad to bring a hero with a slot-machine ult, ashe's dynamite, mei's wall, a super-powered boop and more, who's CC also affects their own team into the game? Did you not see what happened when they introduced Life Grip? (the sheer amount of people trolling tanks/ults, as well as being able to grip people off the edge)
I think a possible reason to use Visor is simply to keep up appearances. If you don't visor all game long but keep getting good kills, that could technically raise some suspicion because even a good Soldier player will still ult.
I stopped playing overwatch 2 with the pve cancellation, but am still on the flats train! These are real helpful to identify cheating across fps games.
i really love how like, if a rage hacker like this were smart, they would pick gigachad sojourn, because her insane movement, high dps, and her ult especially would be a much more useful kit when you have aimhacks, but no, they choose virgin soldier.
The amount of times I've heard flats say "why even use visor they already have aim hacks" is way too much. I swear I've heard him say this like 200 times.
And he'll say it a hundred times more. All these videos of him reacting to cheaters are pretty similar "you'd never see this in high elo" "this is definitely a bronze game" "did you see that???" Those are his catchphrases
I think using visor while cheating as soldier is more so to avoid detection. Idk how much other players check on team ult charge in game, but if I see that my soldier has never used his ult yet basically carried the whole game that is gonna trigger my sus alarm.
In Quick Play yesterday a team I faced had a Solider 76 who intentionally fed in the match. I watched the replay, he shot all over the place not at anyone and even ran off the map once. I reported him after. I felt bad for his team. Players like that who sabotage their team makes the game less enjoyable for everyone.
Decided to play Comp for the first time since Season 1. My FIRST game in I had a thrower. A Zen that straight up said "My last games all had throwers, i'm throwing this game if you suck" and then proceeded to afk right after we lost the FIRST fight (which was lost when he tried to frontline for no reason). My next game, the enemy team had a Reaper who intentionally fed (running straight into my team, never shooting) and I reported them. I always report these people. If i'm not sure, I watch the replay. I dont care if it's my team or the enemy team. If people are going to play stupid games, they should win stupid prizes.
@GummyDinosaursify this is most of the reason why I group que comp now. Big streamers say elo hell doesn't exist but when this is constant in metal ranks I wish I could prove them wrong.
As someone that is in Dimond has terrible accuracy (due to medical condition) but has decent positioning im laughing at this video because everyone in it actually has worse accuracy than i do and its so funny
I have a theory about this guy; the comparison to Apex’s movement system and how he tries to use it is so spot on it’s insane. He probably cheated in Apex and got a ban for it, went on to purchase an Overwatch account with skins due to the fact he still had cheats and now no game to use them in. You can tell he has no clue what he’s doing. The biggest indicator to me that this guy plays mainly Apex is when on last point defense the Doomfist pushes him after Nano drops, he walks away to go behind his team while crouching randomly, probably desperately mashing sprint and crouch to escape but not realizing the different binds and movement. I think that that pregame call of him practicing Apex’s movement was spot on, and I think that translates to how he tries to play the game.
High ranks don't have as many cheaters because those ranks require at least a roach size brain to play as a team. Hackers are so brain dead that hard lock auto-aim isn't enough.
These videos have actually helped me catch genuine cheaters in my comp games. And yes the metal ranks are filled with them. I've seen 2 or 3 in the span of around 3 days. Thanks for spreading awareness Flats
not sprinting is so baffling to me, my biggest failing as soldier is i can't stop won't stop sprinting and keep running into situations i can't get out of (my second biggest failing is i can't aim)
I've gone up against so many cheating soldiers in QP and it's amped up quite a bit lately. I've taken to being able to easy spot it just from looking at the kill cam. They don't even try to hide it anymore and if they try, it's done badly.
@jamescurfman3284 Not necessarily. Not all hacks are even the same anymore. It used to be walls or just simple aimbot. But now it's gone past that to predictive aim/auto head lock ons and such. Like imagine a soldier using his ult without having his ult. It's easy to spot once you start noticing it. It also doesn't even look natural either because the snapping and tracing aren't smooth either.
@@thxwanderer Anybody who has been playing a game for a decent amount of time and has good game sense would be able to spot when somebody cheats, whether they are good hacks or not. There are cheats that go to body-shots instead of head-shots so the anti-cheat does not pick them up as fast (also harder to tell if it is cheats because it keeps away from 100% headshots). The hackers are getting smarter in their programming.
@jamescurfman3284 It's just been really unfortunate to see how much these programmers have expanded in their hacking/cheats and it just doesn't seem like Blizzard has bothered to catch up with the amount of hacks coming out. I report when I can and call it out but who knows if they even take half of our complaints seriously.
@@thxwanderer Yeah. I can imagine staying ahead of the hackers can't be easy. A GOOD, solid anti-cheat that catches most cheats is only that good for as long as it takes for a hacker to reverse-code it. That could be a matter of days to a couple of weeks. That means people at the companies need to stay on top of the anti-cheat. That has not been happening, so there is the weakness in the fence.
