Awesome video! I do appreciate how you listed the Boom or Bust region as a lot of folks are set on the belief that because we are in a La Niña, we are somehow expected to have major winter storms in the NE which is false. There is so much more that goes into a winter forecast than just that simple pattern, which I appreciate how you looked into that yourself for your forecast. Awesome job!
Unfortunately it's looking more and more likely that we will see a winter similar to 2011-2012 or 2012-2013. The current SST anomalies in the north pacific most closely resemble those seen in 2011. The Aleutian Low seems to be very deep and displaced eastward into the Gulf of AK and doesn't seem to show any signs of weakening. I hope we aren't looking at a repeat of last winter but it's not looking good based on the pattern that has been established for much of October/November. I am in the UP of Michigan.
I predict record rains in the me and down to socal, dry and below normal temps in socal and lower sw...the Rockies will see completely record huge snowfalls the plains dry with from Texas on up into minn East thru to Michigan very wet..the southeast near normal with record highs east of Texas down thru the Gulf Florida on up close to NC...the Northeast will have record dry mild season with above normal temps with cool to cold nites.🤔😉
Great video!
@@StayAwayRT Thankyou really appreciate that
Great video! I agree with the entire forecast! Great prediction.
Glad you enjoyed it
