When you are almost done with the scroll, is a dremel a good tool to use for finish result?

My initial answer would be absolutely not! Hahaha
A dremel is not a good tool to use for finishing the scroll or any other part of a delicate instrument. Using a dremel could potentially cause irreparable damage to the scroll and compromise the overall quality and value of the instrument.
However, I don't know if some people use it or not (I've never met anyone who does) and I really can't imagine how it'd be useful or why I would. But keep in mind that you're asking this to someone who does everything by hand and I use only scrapers and horsetail for finishing...so I might be the wrong person to ask for that type of work
