Hi Steve! Hope you’re getting better soon - not just the shingles… Shingles typically occure if you’re down and got too much stuff going on - take enough painkillers and get vaccinated after 👍

Shingles are caused by chickenpox virus and can be extremely painful. Get well soon Mate!!
