Many don’t know Danny yet but they will.We had Dynamo we had Blaine both greatly confident magicians successful guys now it’s GOLDSMITHS Turn Danny is a young guy who handles coins like a combination of world class coin legends seeing is believing I own all of his.,,projects one day the original projects will sell for a fortune this will be the premiere magician in the world.
I agree Edward ! He is a very skilful creator & magician, I’ve been performing some of his material for a while now, they always go down well ! He’s certainly up there with David Roth 👍🏼😁
Coin cuffs does indeed look awesome and definitely something worth my time. I too am in the camp that shorter tricks often go down a little better to modern audiences especially if performing at parties. About 2-3 minute effects is often the most I'll go, with some exceptions. Sure I do love those kinds of Appointment At Samara/Cassandra style effect that is story heavy and the ultimate pay off is an effect is so impossible and headscratching that it's totally worth it, but, it can depend on the atmosphere, Samara could work at a Halloween party I feel. They definitely work for parlor shows and so forth where one can get those more theatrical tricks the spotlight they deserve. Always loved your channel, Dan. To me your channel shines at showing those effects one doesn't normally see. I'm a voracious reader too, but it is nice to see some of those only read-about tricks come to life and make me consider re-evaluating something I may have read or getting something I only considered.
Thanks John ! It is nice to see what magic comes out of these amazing books, I agree effects are reliant on the atmosphere ! I’m happy you enjoy the content thanks for being a great sub ! 😁👍🏼
Dan, these moves are ridiculously impressive. I would love to see a video on your method of practice. The mechanical skill you have acquired leaves me green with envy : ). As a fellow coin worker, any tips on effective modes of practicing really hard moves
Thanks ! With my coin work I practise the move over and over again, filming it on my phone etc, and watching angles ! These effects are all from Danny Goldsmith who is an amazing coin worker, so be sure to check him out ! These moves are angle sensitive, so when doing walkabout you do have to take that into account 😁 but just practice, practice, practice if it starts getting a bit much move on to something else and come back to it ! 😁👍🏼
Pretty cool stuff! Daniel Garcia has been making amazing routines and creations for some time now, I’m a big fan of his work. Danny Goldsmith is certainly reaching a top tier among creators as well. I enjoy his routines and even the characters he does in some of them🤣 but haven’t taken the plunge on purchasing his releases yet! I still have a backlog of stuff to go thru but I’m sure his work will be on my list soon enough.
Thanks Josh ! I know what you mean you could spend a lot of money on magic if your not careful 🥴 it amazes me how Danny comes up with such different moves and ideas 😁👍🏼
You can’t go wrong with BoBo, I highly recommend it ! The magic book by Harry Lorayne also has some nice coin magic for beginners too and Rubeinstiens Coin magic book also 😁 hole this helps Jon 😁👍🏼
@@dantrixter It sure does, thanks a lot! But I'm also wondering if you're subscribed to Danny Goldsmiths thing, and if so, would you recommend checking out the books before subscribing to it? 🙂
Great performances Dan...are you using US 1 dollar coins there? Do you find the weight of them important over the half dollar...especially with coin cuffs,
Some crazy moves here, looks like its worth putting in the practice. Thanks for showing us effects I’ve overlooked, cheers
No worries Paul ! Glad it’s of some use 👍🏼😁
