@ Lester Grigsby thanks man! You're in!
As a no nothings about welding like me I’m so glad to find your channel you are explaining about everything that you are just about to do Awesome thanks
Thanks man! I appreciate your support!
I just started talking a welding class. The first thing they said was you have to have a pair of boots to take the class. I bought a cheap pair for now but I need a good pair. I live in Virginia. Thanks for this opportunity. Keep up the good videos.
@David Haywood your in! Good luck on the entry and your new found hobby!
From the state of Florida. So glad you used the Harbor Freight welder. You made it so easy to see about increasing the speed to help the weld. Thanks for the video.
@D Butler thanks man! I appreciate you mentionioning this. I'm not sure if you caught my mistake but I think the material read 16 guage but I set it for 18 guage (slower than it should have been) so it actually turned into a learning moment because I ended up going a little faster (thicker) than what the chart actually said but it did give a good example of what it sounds like when it's running good vs. bad. Good ear and thank you for mentionioning it. I just wish I would have caught it and said it in the video :)
I wore sneakers 'ONCE" while welding. Never again. I did some pretty fancy dancing here in NE Pennsylvania. Those boots would be nice, especially if there are steel toed. Thanks for sharing your shop time with us.
@Dave Calabretta they are and super comfy! 👌 you're in!
Sometimes it is the simple things that make your life so easy thank you for your videos Florida
@John Lenoir you're in buddy!
It wasn't until recently I learned the importance of good PPE when welding. Tired of getting burns all over. Haven't thought about boots though. Good idea.
Thanks man! ❤
I have been stacking shims lol, this is way smarter, Thanks
@MT Pocket Builds oh I understand...I was using little blocks screwed together with sheetrock screws. Every time I slid the material too much the block would end up skidding off the table and I would have to reset everything. Major PITA lol
Wow Brandon, those would be excellent in the shop. Everyone should be wearing steel toes. Cheers from California. 🍻👍👍👍. Had to edit…. Need something like these to go with with my new yes welder 250P It should be here Monday. What pushed me over the edge to buy it was your review. Stay true Brandon these are just the beginning of your new accomplishments. Magazine interview oh my gosh what’s next Thank you sir, so humble.
@Flathead Ron’s Garage thanks man! You included your state so you’re in! Good luck!🤞

I recently got a set of asian made annular cutters that are carbide for my drill press, and I bought them for when I build my tractor.
@Bryant Fry let me know how you like them. I'm always looking for good deals vs longevity. I am very happy with my Evolution cutters but they can get a bit pricey.

If you see how workers in Pakistan and Indonesia working in there shops you got the chills. Working on sandals no eye protection while working on a lathe. Than you wonder how many injuries will that cost every day.
@Frans Tolsma Welding with sandals! I've actually been binge watching some of those channels. No safety whatsoever but they are super talented. I have no idea how their bodies can tolerate working on the ground all day but they make it work. If you notice they are super meticulous and creative. While we throw stuff away with the first sign of wear they rebuild it over and over and reuse stuff we discard. I respect that. They are hard workers and make due with very little.
Love to get those boots, I’m from Hawaii. Love your videos!

@Zachary Wright right on buddy! You're in!
That is awesome. I'd frame that magazine. I love my rock rooster boots. I just bought myself a new pair of work gloves, got some timberland pro. The iron clads I had only lasted me 2 months at work and there all tore up. I work in shipping building wood crates. Any suggestions for a good pair of work gloves?
@Korey Williams I love mine too! How do you like the gloves? I tear up gloves really fast too. I just buy cheap unlined leather gloves and replace them over and over. I know your in the U.S but dont remember where so drop your state so I can enter you!
Oklahoma. And I like them so far. The iron clad ones were nice. The new ones I got, the timberland pro I used today and there super soft. 100% pig skin I just hope they last a little longer than 2 months 😄
Your in Korey!
Brandon, you need a way to make stops for repeat cuts on your chop saw on your welding table. Maybe something with a cam lock?
@Bryant Fry I agree! Another viewer suggested recessing the saw down into the table. I think building stops would be pretty slick if i did it that way! Thank you for the idea!
Hi Brandon. Long time viewer first time commenter lol. The wonderful state of Texas is where you get seen from on my end.
@J.R. Martinez thanks for your support buddy! My very good friend lives in Texas also. Beautiful state! You are in buddy!

Southern Georgia ,, love your content
@DiggerDog thanks man! You're in! Good luck!
Brandon always enjoy your videos. Good content. However, if you are going to push safety, I feel you should wear some sturdy cotton pants. The boot are good but with shorts welding sparks can land on the top edge of the boot and burn down into the boot. Also those look like nylon shorts. If the catch on fire, they will melt and stick like glue. I know its hot weather. Same here in Texas but I always wear jeans and boots in the shop. Hopefully this is just seen as some constructive criticism. Really enjoy the channel. Have a great weekend!
@Earl Cavenaugh I always welcome constructive criticism. My intentions were to throw on my leather apron but things happen. No excuse but sometimes I get scattered brained doing filming and work simultaneously. A typical episode I take my welding jacket on an off probably 35 times, in between switching fans off and on so viewers can hear and reviewing camera footage and setting up shots plus doing stories on facebook and youtube simultaneously. You have a 100% valid point. I just get scatterbrained sometimes. I was wondering if anyone was going to catch it lol figures you had to be the guy! lol. I'm just kidding. I appreciate your long time support on the channel You are in the drawing brother! Good luck!
