"You want caw-fie? Have some caw-fie!" I have a soft spot for NJ/Brooklyn accents because my wife's fam is from there and her dad talks a bit like that. Not overly strong, but he says "daw-ler" for dollar and "daw-gie" for doggie, etc. It's cute. Anyway, I also love 80s stuff as a late 80s/early 90s kid myself. So, yay. Good stuff!
Definitely hear a New Yawk accent in there, but at the same time, I swear I hear some "Midwest" too (i.e. "that" = "thee-at".) 😆
As a man who has no known British blood and only lived in the south for one year, I can safely say accents are picked up easily by anything you hear. I love when I'm SUPER mad and ill randomly go full British accent mid yelling. And the accidental times I'm talking too fast and I just suddenly say some random word with a EXTRA saucy southern accent
