Термодеформации в нержавейке это вообще песня на часы примеров и объяснений. Где-то помогают симметрично положенные швы, где-то добавочный угол между деталями, где-то кувалдометр. В случае фланцев у автора, проще всего скрутить болтами два, и быстро пройти максимальным током. Если только не варятся элементы атомных реакторов, то с учётом монтажа с прокладками, какие-то незначительные искривления фланцев здесь вообще значения не имеют.

I've always started the inside weld before the outside. The tacks usually at outside,so i go for inside first. 🎉🎉🎉
Если все ровно стыканули , то и ровно свариться , если сваливать без остановок . Никогда проблем с фланцами не было . Вот вы покажите лучше , как на 60 трубу со стенкой 3 мм сварить ложнмен, что бы её не гнуло )

Great looking welts. But looks are not everything. I suspect not very much penetration. Would like to see them cut and examined. To me, the arc looked too far away for any kind of penetration. It looks like he just laid iron over a crack.

nice weld but since it is from the mouth of a tube and without its chamfer corresponding to that thickness I don't think it will achieve good penetration so when it comes to being for a pressure tube it is a useless thing that is aesthetic and that endangers a once that pipeline comes into operation...that is why once it is finished and in the result we see that characteristic line of the welding trying to fill in the poor preparation of that piece...very aesthetic yes...but it is not intended that in this type of work
p.s: Regarding what I am saying, that is why the video does not show us the other part of that weld.....which is the verification of whether the weld has penetrated correctly and has fused those two pieces to have a single piece sealed......if that piece were very important, in addition to the liquids to see if it has been done correctly, they also have the x-ray system to give that extra check...because as I say, those pieces are usually placed near other workers in other jobs...and putting their lives in danger is something that does not go with the values of a good worker...because if everyone did the same botched things like the one we see, many would have already lost their lives at the hands of the incompetence of someone who claims to call himself a professional (no matter how many degrees or engineering degrees this operator has)
by the way...that thing about it being a trick that few welders know......this is something that they teach you from the beginning from any teacher who calls himself a master......it's something fundamental in the craft of metal structures, know the behavior of various metals and how stresses deform and act when heat is applied.

очень итересно но ничего не понятно! во первых прихваток слишком мало на 100 диаметр каждые 3-4 сантиметра, минимум 2 прохода,
