In this video you will see the rising female muay thai star Niamh Kinehan's Muay Thai Pad Work session during her fight camp in which she was set to face 2x enfusion world champion Sarel De Jong, this fight has now been cancelled but here is Niamh Kinehans Muay Thai training one week out from her (now cancelled) fight.

She definitely got some fire behind her strikes particularly her boxing! Good balance and positioning too. Her pad holder trainer real good too!
her hands are super sharp, shes got serious power. the pad holder is one of the uk's muay thai legends.

Lol that was basic work. Your conditioning is terrible if you think what she was doing took elite gas tank.
This is not an attack on her form and striking, she's a beast. But conditioning wise you should be able to do that, standard.

Supreme Clientele bruh she’s doing like 5 minute rounds and doesn’t slow down,her kicks stay hard too. I would say she has some some good conditioning, obviously not as good as you though.

I saw the thumbnail and thought ohno i'm gonna give this a miss being overly judgemental...... but even after a few seconds into this I was like Woah! she's got it! a clinical Beast on the Pads! I need to look at one of her fights! Crazy I got humbled!

Siam Boxing Because I was being very judgemental from the get go wanted to see someone really pound the pads! And I didn’t feel like she could be the one to destroy the pads or be so clinical whilst adding power.. but I’ve seen other boys men hit the pads and I’ve not been as impressed as watching this.. the thumbnail kept coming up so...Anyways I shared this with my son, and a few other people too.. I understand why you came back again to ask this question..

The funny thing the next day after watching this young kid just start JJ and Brag about his natural skills. And how they couldn’t handle him He posted the day after about getting easily Manhandled by a girl in JJ! I laughed because he thought that he could of managed anyone just by watching UFC, but he had a very humbling experience. But he wasn’t scared to admit it in a video post.
The problem in this world 🌍 a lot of people get celebrated for being dishonest. And People see being honest as a Weakness..
I’ve sparred with a few females in my time and when I say they’re usually on point with their Technique! & add that with speed and power and it’s game over..
