On the 9th October, Niamh Kinehan will face the reigning Enfusion 61kg and 64 kg champion, Sarel de Jong. We had the pleasure of catching up with Niamh Kinehan who fights out of Franks Gym under the former 2x world champion, Frankie Hudders.
In this video you will see a little insight into Niamh's Muay Thai pad work and muay thai sparring, stay tuned as we will follow up with some raw rounds closer to the fight.

I recently started boxing at my local gym. It very exciting, since I last viewed the channel I was pretty much in a slump. But my brother encouraged me to train with his trainer.
I am pleased with myself, it was a big step up.
