I’m a child abuse survivor, and been sober for 11 years now. My life was in SHAMBLES when I hit bottom and my entire recovery journey I always considered fear the opposite of love. The way Darryl explains how that’s not true is so profound to me because I carried SO much shame and guilt for years after getting sober and he’s right- THOSE feelings are the opposite of love, whereas fear still has SOME life in it, and it’s just the negative manifestation of love. It all makes so much sense to me. by the way for anyone reading this who is struggling with the same issue- I spent a good solid year working on self-love and self forgiveness, building my self-esteem back up and doing good things for other people. This is how I found a sense of purpose again. Today I can say I vibrate high. If you’re struggling, you CAN get out of it. Hang in there 💗 (And yes, addiction for me was all about numbing the pain, today I face it and overcome it (heal it). SOOOO grateful for that too!!

If you're trying to make other people, and you don't, then it seems as if you're leaving yourself open to disappoinment. What if people don't want to be happy and they are indulging in negative beliefs? That's not on you. If you focus on yourself being positive and doing what makes you excited purely at any give moment then that energy will resonate and who knows, maybe make someone else interested enough to question their reality that they have chosen

Maybe a better way to say it is in like "pay it forward" with zero expatations, and much more random, than attempting to fix another, which simply never works. Holding the Light for those that state they don't want anything, and letting them find their own place of being always comes first, and with great honor for these spirited individuals among us, for they are their own trailblazers. And also show other thru your actions, not your words will catch peoples attention in a way that they can take credit for their choice, not "following another", which is not the point in the New. It feels good to listen to this and be able to say I can easily conceptualize what he's talking about and it no longer feels like some "out there" concept. Years ago when I first started understanding my own spirituality, I was just BEGINNING to uncover what it really meant. At the time the "law of attraction" is what reeled me in. Now I have such a deeper understanding and idk ... It just feels good to listen to this incredibly exceptional being speak such profound wisdom ... And to be able to understand it and know it to be true- and to have seen the evidence of these concepts in my real life experience. It feels good.

there have been situations in which i experienced that yes things changed when i did not care about enything, but thats so very hard to do... NO HUMAN ON EARTH agreee's with that so breaking loose from that completely is yes, so very hard... everyone tells you you're crazy if you do that and that you will only loose everything when you do that

Would love to know if Darryl remembers his channels or if he has to go back and listen. I have channeled a entire spiral notebook snd didn’t remember what was being said in it.
We don’t even exist. We are. To exist means to stand out from. You can never stand out from yourself. You just always are. A thought, exist. A feeling, exist. A table, exist. But you just are. The ever present I am. The “ I am” presence. The observer of all your thoughts, feelings and experiences. There’s no rules to follow. There’s no person to follow. There’s no right or wrong. Right and wrong is a mad main concept. Ego-based. There is no higher power greater than one self. It’s all one. So you can’t be separate from anything. You cannot separate yourself from God/energy/the universe or whatever people are comfortable calling it. We are all energy. There is no separate energy. All energy is one. We are energy having temporary experiences as an individual personality. I use the analogy of an ocean and a wave. Let’s say everything that is, is the ocean. A wave experience itself as an individual wave and then when it’s time is done, it returns to the ocean. It never left the ocean. It was never separate from the ocean. It just had a temporary experience as a wave. We are all energy. We are all energy vibrating at a certain density which gives us the appearance of solid matter. Nothing is. Everything is energy. What you are is pure consciousness/awareness. The observer of your thoughts and feelings. You are not your body. You don’t have the same body that you had when you were first born. You don’t have the body you as you had at 10, 20, 40, 70 etc. You are not your body. Your body is basically a sensory device. It’s how concepts can be experienced. Having a body gives you many abilities. Gives you the ability in most cases but not all to see here to touch to taste and move about our three-dimensional space. You have many more abilities but I won’t get into that right now. You are not your thoughts. Your thoughts are not permanent. Your thoughts do not make you who you are. Your thoughts are simply an accumulation of experiences and the perception or judgements you formed around those experiences, saved into your brain which is similar to a hard drive. Although your perceptions and beliefs do manifest outwardly in your life. Everything external it is just a reflection of what you’re feeling/ believing inward, either consciously or unconsciously. You are not your feelings. Your feelings are not permanent they come and go. Energy is swirling all around us. Energy is us. Energy moves through us energy surrounds us. We are energy. Feelings are energy in your body. with that said, energy can get blocked in the body. You are pure consciousness/pure awareness. You are the observer of your thoughts and feelings.
Am I (my soul) in all the different realities at the same time? Will I disappear from others realities if they don't ascend along with me or will the 'me' that stays with them be a different 'me'?
You have just got Darryl Anka to pretty much cover all of the Bashar teachings in one interview, this is going to be so helpful to many, thank you for your exceptional work here Kristin.
I'm still excited but I am adjusting to understanding that everything has it's place and order and dynamics and that our bodies our in tuned to our personal signature. Everything is recognized by the all that is. Since I adopted the idea of everything existing inthe here and now it has allowed me the experience of feeling the process LESS and making manifestation an every moment thing. This summer I was sweeping my deck and I heard my guide/or something, tell me that I was a shaman. THAT was my initiation. NO one there to congratulate me, NO one there to give me a pat on the back or buy me a cocktail to celebrate. It just IS. The ISNESS is a big deal and not. There should be a Bashar club for people to connect and share the practice of how we all practice perception.

I am so thankful I found Darryl and Bashar. I am in my 50s and have started my awakening and I have learned so much to help me continue my journey in a positive and successful manner. I have been totally over thinking all of this and Bashar's instructions have made it much more simple than I thought it could be.

Bashar was very clear on timelines and how they are multiple timelines ie movie strips. They are just that until we jump to one and bring our consciousness into it? Did I get it right? So we can’t live in 2 timelines simultaneously. But Delores Canon’s version says there are multiple “us” living in parallel timelines. If I’ve made a decision, one of me continues down one timeline and the other down the other timeline. That I just can’t grasp. And I’m confused as to which is it? 2. Our physical reality is a dream / illusion / game that our spirit navigates through like in a game learning and gaining experiences. This makes me feel alone. If I think of everything and everyone around me as my projection and my doing, then it’s really MY universe. There is no one else. How do others come into play? Am I just imagining and creating my family? Do they not live in MY universe, my game interacting with me using THEIR will?

I watched Bashar and other channelers and spiritual speakers years ago and I never fully understood how to put things into practice but i was also afraid to. This was a very good interview and i am finally understanding how to apply these principles.

I really adore Bashar teachings and it is great idea to make an interwiev with Darryl but there is no real reason what-so-ever to shake that camera all the time. Ok, you want to be "modern", "fashionable" in approuch but you just making spectators nervous, especcialy - this is in complete opposition to Bashar teachings.

Would love to know if Darryl remembers his channels or if he has to go back and listen. I have channeled a entire spiral notebook snd didn’t remember what was being said in it.
We don’t even exist. We are. To exist means to stand out from. You can never stand out from yourself. You just always are. A thought, exist. A feeling, exist. A table, exist. But you just are. The ever present I am.
The “ I am” presence. The observer of all your thoughts, feelings and experiences. There’s no rules to follow. There’s no person to follow. There’s no right or wrong. Right and wrong is a mad main concept. Ego-based. There is no higher power greater than one self. It’s all one. So you can’t be separate from anything. You cannot separate yourself from God/energy/the universe or whatever people are comfortable calling it.
We are all energy. There is no separate energy. All energy is one. We are energy having temporary experiences as an individual personality.
I use the analogy of an ocean and a wave. Let’s say everything that is, is the ocean. A wave experience itself as an individual wave and then when it’s time is done, it returns to the ocean. It never left the ocean. It was never separate from the ocean. It just had a temporary experience as a wave.
We are all energy. We are all energy vibrating at a certain density which gives us the appearance of solid matter. Nothing is. Everything is energy. What you are is pure consciousness/awareness. The observer of your thoughts and feelings.
You are not your body. You don’t have the same body that you had when you were first born. You don’t have the body you as you had at 10, 20, 40, 70 etc. You are not your body. Your body is basically a sensory device. It’s how concepts can be experienced. Having a body gives you many abilities. Gives you the ability in most cases but not all to see here to touch to taste and move about our three-dimensional space. You have many more abilities but I won’t get into that right now.
You are not your thoughts. Your thoughts are not permanent. Your thoughts do not make you who you are. Your thoughts are simply an accumulation of experiences and the perception or judgements you formed around those experiences, saved into your brain which is similar to a hard drive. Although your perceptions and beliefs do manifest outwardly in your life. Everything external it is just a reflection of what you’re feeling/ believing inward, either consciously or unconsciously.
You are not your feelings. Your feelings are not permanent they come and go. Energy is swirling all around us. Energy is us. Energy moves through us energy surrounds us. We are energy. Feelings are energy in your body. with that said, energy can get blocked in the body.
You are pure consciousness/pure awareness. You are the observer of your thoughts and feelings.
Has any of you noticed how RUclips opens videos with the max. volume? Do we have to ruin our ears, or what?
Am I (my soul) in all the different realities at the same time? Will I disappear from others realities if they don't ascend along with me or will the 'me' that stays with them be a different 'me'?

I'm still excited but I am adjusting to understanding that everything has it's place and order and dynamics and that our bodies our in tuned to our personal signature. Everything is recognized by the all that is. Since I adopted the idea of everything existing inthe here and now it has allowed me the experience of feeling the process LESS and making manifestation an every moment thing.
This summer I was sweeping my deck and I heard my guide/or something, tell me that I was a shaman. THAT was my initiation. NO one there to congratulate me, NO one there to give me a pat on the back or buy me a cocktail to celebrate. It just IS.
The ISNESS is a big deal and not. There should be a Bashar club for people to connect and share the practice of how we all practice perception.

1. Bashar was very clear on timelines and how they are multiple timelines ie movie strips. They are just that until we jump to one and bring our consciousness into it? Did I get it right? So we can’t live in 2 timelines simultaneously. But Delores Canon’s version says there are multiple “us” living in parallel timelines. If I’ve made a decision, one of me continues down one timeline and the other down the other timeline. That I just can’t grasp. And I’m confused as to which is it?
2. Our physical reality is a dream / illusion / game that our spirit navigates through like in a game learning and gaining experiences. This makes me feel alone. If I think of everything and everyone around me as my projection and my doing, then it’s really MY universe. There is no one else. How do others come into play? Am I just imagining and creating my family? Do they not live in MY universe, my game interacting with me using THEIR will?

So clear, as always. And I am relived to know that I can be in the same room but not in the same reality, living with someone who does not match my own frequency, being in a different reality. I really adore Bashar teachings and it is great idea to make an interwiev with Darryl but there is no real reason what-so-ever to shake that camera all the time. Ok, you want to be "modern", "fashionable" in approuch but you just making spectators nervous, especcialy - this is in complete opposition to Bashar teachings.
