Quick add a month later: This has been a game-changer product for me in terms of workflow. I would buy it all over again, and not sure how I did without the convenience all these years. Really love it and use it all the time. Thank you!!
This has to be the coolest multi-monitor attachment I've seen so far. Not only does it look fantastic, but it's so convenient. Little out of my budget for now but I'm a future customer for sure.
If you're getting this amazing product and( by the way this is not a paid endorsement), you will be blown away how easy for install and operating it. I think this is tailor made if you have Mac Product. I have a Dell Inspiron and good thing I bought a tri screen adapter. I should have bought 2 for both screen out of convenience. It's additional cost of $50 per, but It's worth it. Less cable and more reserved slots for other ports. Hence less cables dangling or running on your laptop. But Critics would argue Xebec auxillary screens are too small, if same size like on the laptop it would be top heavy and the weight of your laptop monitor cannot support both sides (of auxillary screens. ) considering the product +/- 2 lbs. The price point is a bit steep, but i can see why. It is extreme versatile because you don't need put magnets on the back of the laptop's monitor and you can use it to any laptop without additional install. Just make go to its " Getting Start". This is a quite revelation for me. I approved this amazing product 👌.
I'm glad I looked at this video before buying! My current laptop is old and would be a nightmare of cables and adapters and I'll be better off waiting until I can replace my laptop for this!!!
When is Version 3 coming out? Would be amazing if version 3 screens could swivel ~180° for at-home presentations for example. For clients to see when you are facing them or sitting across from them.
This is wonderful. Just got it today. Only ask is when I go outside the Mac native monitor can get bright enough to see the screen well, but the xebec ones are 'dark' at a 100% brightness.
Soo excited! Just got this today. It's not working (no signal), 2019 Intel Macbook Pro... wow. Nothing obvious to fix this. The clock starts now on troubleshooting. So far, I'm not impressed.
With your MacBook Pro it’s a simple USB-C to USB-C connection! Take a look at our interactive guide here: www.thexebec.com/pages/get_started If you’re still running into issues feel free to snag a time to chat with our tech team, here: www.thexebec.com/pages/troubleshoot#/collection/2391/article/20072
It sure does! Make sure you also snag our Xebec Tri-Screen Adapter since the M1 Mac products only support 1 additional screen natively. www.thexebec.com/products/tri-screen-adapter
My new MacBook Air 2022 with M2 chip doesn’t have a USB port. It has 2 thunderbolt ports and a MagSafe one 1 side and a headphone jack on the other. Can you tell me how to set it up with these limited ports? TY!
Loving my Xebec so far. Anybody have some good ways to carry/protect it when travelling? It's not a good fit for my laptop backpack. If I put it in the main compartment, I'd like something to protect it.
Installed it on my MacBook Air and im using the USB-A to USB-C adaptor. Both screens turn on but say "no signal". Would appreciate some help on this, thank you!

Has anyone solved the issue of charging a surface pro (5). The Xebec covers the charging port on the Surface Pro 5. This is an issue if you want to use the Xebec screens since they won't show unless the surface pro is being charged. This means you can't sit the surface pro inside the Xebec frame. It would be helpful to know if there's some kind of cable that will work (USB-C from Xebec screen to a USB-C charging port doesn't work).
Yes, 12GB RAM is more than enough. However, I wouldnt watch UHD videos on these small screens or do complicated tasks. Use your main screen for the big tasks that eat up the RAM. I have an i5 10th gen and 12gb RAM as well , works fine.
Trying to connect with Macbook Air 2020 model. Used both USB-C ports to both monitors but right screen still wont work. What am I missing? (no USB port on Macbook Air)

Hi Phillip! It is compatible! The Tri-Screen comes with a USB-C extension cable to reach the right screen for a connection however, depending on the model of the Macbook and the processor/chip, you may need the adapter to enable both screens to work. You can check out more information here. www.thexebec.com/pages/troubleshoot#/collection/3983/article/16353

The screen is very small, much smaller than it appears in photos. The screen quality is very poor, with a noticeable yellowish and washed-out appearance. The screen also appears stretched horizontally, and no matter how much you try to adjust the settings on your computer, the image comes out distorted on the Xebec. If you are a MacBook M1 user, you will need an extra adapter, which adds to the cost. When closing the device, it feels like it might break. The build quality is poor, and the plastic feels cheap. Additionally, the USB cables are very difficult to plug into and remove from both the device and the computer, which could potentially damage your computer’s adapter. For its price, this product is very expensive. Being in Turkey, I can’t return it, and I definitely do not recommend it.

I had the same problem. To fix this, go to xebec monitor settings --> extras --> HDR - Change it to AUTO
The best! Greetings from Poland guys 💕
I love it, can I get it from Amazon?, because I've been looking it up but I just keep finding cables only,
Any chance of a 4K option with slightly larger screen sizes?
Some laptops have only two USB ports but need extra USB for a wireless mouse that does have extra USB ports on the screen?
Why doesn't the passthrough charging feature work with Dell laptops?

@@thexebec Yes I know that. I did the simple USB-C to USB-C connections. The screens say no-signal....
Does this product support the following: 2020 Apple MacBook Pro with Apple M1 Chip (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD Storage) - Space Gray

Do you ship to places like Turkey?
Does the adapter work alright with the Gen1? Worried about cable length as the Gen1 has inputs on the side of the screen instead of below.
where is this available here in the Philippines and how much?
