I got this monitor on Black Friday for under $190 USD. Trust me, even tho I also changed laptop last year, this monitor was hands down, my most appreciated and satisfying purchase of the year. Massive value for money.
@@bilbellal6184 It says so,. however, I couldn't manage to enable it. I use it with a Thunderbolt hub, so I didn't expect it to work. However, I didn't also work with my HDMI 2.0 output. Haven't tested with DisplayPort, tho. Freesync, on the other hand, works pretty well.
So, is it good in terms of color accuracy? I'm considering hp omen 27q for coding/photo editing/gaming and it fits my budget perfectly. I'm trying to understand the results you are presenting, but I can't decide if it is acceptable or bad. Great review as always!
Its pretty damn good 8.6/10 on rtings for color acuracy and even better gamma volume and coverage, but be ware colorcorrection/calibration wont doo very much on it. Atleast on their model. Ill get mine soon, and can update if you are interested
@@pyumasensei4322well it depends what you want, as i understand the asus has bit better response times, but also not by much. But the omen has better colour acuracy. I got 2 omen’s they were 215€ a peace and honestly im loving it
I just bought one, I'll give you my first impressions in an hour or two when I finish setting it up 👍 Using it for sim racing so my thoughts will be focused on how good it performs for racing specifically

I'm in a tossup between the Benq Ex2710Q 27, the Omen X 27 and the Omen 27qs. I'm very used to a TN panel and am looking for a visual step up from my Benq XL2430T, with latency at the top of my priority. I can take 165hz or 240hz I don't think I care here.

Asking you like a expert, you tested alot of monitors, I bought msi g2412 monitor has like real 7ms , when somebody shoots me first im losing control of my mouse i cant aim anymore it feels very laggy and it it not responsive is it pc or it can be monitor causing that?
I mean it could be the monitor's response time or input lag. Are you using overdrive to better the response time? Equally, might be that you're not used to the monitor? Different size, refresh rate or resolution from what you were using before?
@@TotallydubbedHD I was using benq same size same resolution just it was 75hz ''1ms'', truly it had display lag 0.9, The new one it is smoother but it does not feel good as old one, can also pc cause that kind of lag i had 2666mhz i thought maybe it is the ram i change it to better one 3200mhz and still the same, maybe motherboard is the issue a320 with ryzen 5600?

Hey, I'm using this monitor on a ps5 with the original hdmi cable, and it only allows me to play 1080p 120hz. In the video you said the monitor uses two hdmi 2.1 ports so, is my playstation cable not a 2.1? Been searching for a answer to this since this morning 😅 cheers

Shouldn't be the case. I've heard that (on other reviews) from some people when they've come from other types of panels though.

Check for performance mode on your console, should work.
