I was a Christian for almost 30 years. I left about 6 years ago. Found Judaism im a Noahide now. I told ALL of my family including my 5 grown children that if they had a problem with it c your way out! I know its harder for a young person and I understand its his father and im originally from Ohio so I absolutely understand. My suggestion would be to let him know that while you love and respect him you don't subscribe to Christianity. Rabbi, I love your videos. I read both volumes of your book. You have talked before about people from Kansas -- I am a card- carrying Kansan. I went to a Baptist church and graduated from a Christian high school. Finally when I read "The Mind of the Bible Believer" by Edmund Cohen that is when I realized that they were under the influences of cultic mind control and, inadvertantly were raising me in a lie. It is really very sad, I don't think any parent gives birth to a child thnking that they are going to raise them in a cult and lie to them, but they cannot help it. I am not Christian, Jew, or Muslim. But I think the rabbi is giving good advice about how to treat one's parents. Respect above all. Treat them kindly. But hold firm to whatever beliefs you sincerely have. Look for ways to talk about points of disagreement in a respectful way or look for ways to avoid arguments that hurt feelings. I was raised as a Catholic but haven't practiced Christianity in over a decade. In late August this year, I had a calling to learn more about Judaism. Don't know why, but I have a feeling Hashem put the thought into my head. I'm now in an intro class and reached out to a synagogue yesterday. From my personal experience I absolutely believe that it’s important to expose the truth to anyone who brings up their beliefs, whether they are ready for it or not. Because if the subject comes up it’s because a window has opened, an opportunity for truth to expel from your lips from the TaNaKh. Because if you don’t, it’s as if you refuse to give warning to someone about the danger they have put themselves in, whether it’s intentional or not. Yes, be gentle about it. I remember when I first began struggling with the fact that the Christian doctrine was not truth, it was a process of elimination. It took some time to finally let go. A warning is a window of truth. And every time that window appears it must be opened a little further each time until there is no doubt. Even if it was only a one time occurrence, a slight opening of the window to let the truth seep in, it’s enough to engage the action of truth to dwell inside a being, its a start. About talking to your parents: Absolutely correct💯 We knew this and weren’t ever going to mention any of this to my Strong Southern Christian Mother In Law, whom we cherish. When she had enough of a hint that we were converting and decided to “deny Jesus”, she DEMANDED we tell her the truth in order to save her soul. Well it was a trick. We gave her warning before we told her. We told her why we didn’t want to talk about it- because it ruins families. She promised us it wouldn’t and that she could handle it. I foolishly believed her. We told her everything. She was not ready. At the moment, our family is in ruins. Our hearts are very sad and lonely. If she hadn’t of demanded that we tell her, we NEVER would have. She would harass us every day over and over that we’re not supposed to hide the truth. That hiding the truth is wrong and why would we want her to go to hell. The manipulation!!! She couldn’t handle the truth. We all love each other very much but we can’t be with each other for now. I’m hoping that what happened truly was from HaShem and that He is working with her on her journey to His One Truth.

Not really sure how the concept of the term"Trinity" is equated with scriptural Christianity, other than by the traditions of men and deceivers...the term ":Trinity" is found nowhere in the King James Version of the scriptures...neither is the phrase "God in three persons", neither is the phrase "Triune God", neither is the phrase "God in three separate and distinct persons"...to me, the danger is in using scripture to validate concepts that are completely external from what is found within them. Lord only you know the burdens I face give me strength to get through this Christmas. I am a single mom and it can be hard to have everything on your shoulders and receive very little support. Both of my sons are autistic they require so much from me. I’m struggling to provide for them. But I keep faith even as I struggle to pay rent every month and as I struggle to buy groceries. My health is also fading due to heart disease and lupus. Jesus please help me to find strength when I am weak, hope when I am struggling, and peace in the midst of chaos. The Trinity is not scripturally supported. It is a concept that has its roots in ancient paganism. Jesus had absolutely nothing to do with the Trinity doctrine. It came about centuries after his death. It was actually a part of the great apostasy that was foretold. Ancient pagan nations worshipped triads. Three gods at once. I was a Christian for almost 30 years. I left about 6 years ago. Found Judaism im a Noahide now. I told ALL of my family including my 5 grown children that if they had a problem with it c your way out! I know its harder for a young person and I understand its his father and im originally from Ohio so I absolutely understand. Rabbi, I love your videos. I read both volumes of your book. You have talked before about people from Kansas -- I am a card- carrying Kansan. I went to a Baptist church and graduated from a Christian high school. Finally when I read "The Mind of the Bible Believer" by Edmund Cohen that is when I realized that they were under the influences of cultic mind control and, inadvertantly were raising me in a lie. It is really very sad, I don't think any parent gives birth to a child thnking that they are going to raise them in a cult and lie to them, but they cannot help it. It is like a giantic "Truman show" that covers the whole midwestern USA. You seem to understand very well how it works. I am not Christian, Jew, or Muslim. But I think the rabbi is giving good advice about how to treat one's parents. Respect above all. Treat them kindly. But hold firm to whatever beliefs you sincerely have. Look for ways to talk about points of disagreement in a respectful way or look for ways to avoid arguments that hurt feelings. I was raised as a Catholic but haven't practiced Christianity in over a decade. In late August this year, I had a calling to learn more about Judaism. The difference of Rabbinical opinion regarding an intermediary for Gentiles is only in regard to whether such a *belief* is forbidden. But one who *serves* an intermediary is liable, according to all opinions.
From my personal experience I absolutely believe that it’s important to expose the truth to anyone who brings up their beliefs, whether they are ready for it or not. When she had enough of a hint that we were converting and decided to “deny Jesus”, she DEMANDED we tell her the truth in order to save her soul. Well it was a trick. We gave her warning before we told her. We told her why we didn’t want to talk about it- because it ruins families. She promised us it wouldn’t and that she could handle it. I foolishly believed her. We told her everything. She was not ready. At the moment, our family is in ruins. Our hearts are very sad and lonely.
If she hadn’t of demanded that we tell her, we NEVER would have. She would harass us every day over and over that we’re not supposed to hide the truth. That hiding the truth is wrong and why would we want her to go to hell. The manipulation!!! She couldn’t handle the truth. We all love each other very much but we can’t be with each other for now. I’m hoping that what happened truly was from HaShem and that He is working with her on her journey to His One Truth.

Not really sure how the concept of the term"Trinity" is equated with scriptural Christianity, other than by the traditions of men and deceivers...the term ":Trinity" is found nowhere in the King James Version of the scriptures...neither is the phrase "God in three persons", neither is the phrase "Triune God", neither is the phrase "God in three separate and distinct persons"...to me, the danger is in using scripture to validate concepts that are completely external from what is found within them. Now all that and 5 bucks might buy someone a cup of joe at one of those high end coffee stops...unless of course the scriptures turn out to be an accurate account that in Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily...quick question for Trinitarians...who, per the scriptures, is the Father of the physical body of Jesus? To me it is easy: just because I'm a Dad, a Husband, and a Driver for a car rental company, doesn't make me three separate and distinct persons...and it certainly doesn't make my proper name Dad...or Husband...or Driver...those are all nouns describing rolls or attributes, but my proper name is Robert. Per both what is known today as the "Old Testament" and "The New Testament", there is only One (what I refer to as the real deal) God. Per the scriptures of what is known as "The New Testament", the Jews of Jesus' time back then, rejected Jesus for this reason in John Chapter 10 verses 32 and 33 KJV which states the following:

Of all the arguments I've heard for a trinity, I think this is the biggest reach. Not only do Christian bibles not translate this in a way that conveys different "persons", but it doesn't even make sense to. Lord only you know the burdens I face give me strength to get through this Christmas. I am a single mom and it can be hard to have everything on your shoulders and receive very little support. Both of my sons are autistic they require so much from me. I’m struggling to provide for them. But I keep faith even as I struggle to pay rent every month and as I struggle to buy groceries. My health is also fading due to heart disease and lupus. Jesus please help me to find strength when I am weak, hope when I am struggling, and peace in the midst of chaos. There are always 2 witnesses to a crime; the person who was victimized and the person who committed the crime. If God has access to both minds, then God knows the crime was commited.
G-d does not need a witness. He is G-d and He knows everything. This law is for a human court.
Dialectical thinking is required in order to conceptually understand Trinity. If you are unable to do dialectical thinking, you will not understand Trinity conceptually. The Trinity is not scripturally supported. It is a concept that has its roots in ancient paganism. Jesus had absolutely nothing to do with the Trinity doctrine. It came about centuries after his death. It was actually a part of the great apostasy that was foretold. Ancient pagan nations worshipped triads. Three gods at once. Apostatized Christendom organized their religion. Christmas, Easter, and the Trinity doctrine are just a few of the pagan teachings that were inserted into Christendom AFTER Jesus' death. Also, the "rapture" is an unscriptural false teaching as well
