The POCO F3 brings a lot of power for a great price -- and it's a wonderful example of how prioritizing certain core aspects of a good smartphone might appeal to more users that we initially expect. Do you have the green tint issue?
I got the 256GB white model yesterday and I absolutely love it. I used to buy OnePlus phones but they stopped catering for users like me. All I care about is flagship grade performance, a big, smooth display, reliable battery life, good speakers and haptics - and a decent camera for when I need it (not that often). I am willing to pay up to £400 for all of that but luckily the 256GB F3 only cost £329 (early bird price - since risen to £349).
Pocos are generally expensive in the UK.
Hello. Can I ask you...For a wider selfie camera FOV, better audio sound in video recording, natural-looking photo (HDR), better white balance, better skin tones, better low light, better stabilisation (OIS/EIS), faster autofocus which ones would you get today: Redmi Note 10 Pro, Poco F3 or Mi 11 Lite 5G? (and one that can go toe-to-toe with the Galaxy A52 5G in terms of cameras). Would love your advise & comments. Cheers.

Every devices have pros on cons, it depends on the user specially on their budget, still one of the best midrange out there, great vid sir Josh 1UP.
Its the price that's there focus, otherwise you can get all the features you mentioned in other xiaomi phone like (more expensive) mi11 series and stuff but we have to remember the price.

Hello Josh, i just bought poco f3.. but when i set the colour scheme into saturated and dark mode, then i scroll the notification bar from top, i saw some of the part like burn in...have you already tested it? thankyou

Im getting this. I mainly use the camera for documents and capturing things i need to remember. Chip, screen, and battery are my thing.
same here camera is not a huge concern for me so i am also considering this good on paper phone

How was overall phone reception in the states and where you able to use 5G bands at all?
there was a time when my phone got like a gradient on the bottom part of the screen and it had me panicking because I thought it was the amoled burn. I really dont know what happened but after restarting it was gone.
I believe you experienced some weird screen dimming, but they roled out an update recently to fix that
i must say the complaints about the lack of 1440p and wireless charging is a bit too nit picky when phones that cost twice this dont have such features

Is Mi 10T's camera better than the Poco F3? Hardware wise, I know it is. But I do know that the chipset plays a role in image processing. Does the Poco F3's chipset make that big of a difference?

, I'm just a normal user I'm not bothered if the camera isn't fantastic but I do like playing games and doing social media emails etc , I would prefer a bigger battery but you can't have everything , do you think there might be a phone at that price and with a chip to match that can beat the Poco f3 .

I already bought one on their pre-order flash sale last March, but I still watched the whole video since I love your "Complaints and Takeaways" video series. After watching the video, I think it was the right choice that I jumped the gun and bought one. My POCO F1 now is my social media/messaging phone, while this POCO F3 is the sole gaming phone so no more annoying notifications and calls while gaming. Loving PUBG Mobile at HDR 90FPS and Wild RIft at Ultra 120FPS UwU 1UP

i just got mine today and i'm poco first time user .I must say the phone is decent for its price however the battery constantly heating even only on fakebook and when i play online games The temp got even hotter.

Can you make a video how to fix fast battery draining in f3? My phone decreases battery even when its idling or just in rest. For every 5minutes, itll decrease the battery for about 2-3. It really is annoying

Chipset is not that huge of an upgrade. I think the 120hz amoled screen is the only feature f3 has advantage vs pocof2pro.

I will be going for this phone for sure. This is one of the first (if not the first) attempt bij android phones to make a phone whose compute power is kept towards the flagship phones and sacrificing the camera/high end screen. Instead of the other way around. The Poco F3 has learned from the Iphone SE 2020 in a way. Who does so well because it is the only one of it's kind. And Poco F3 sort of does the same for Android.

Consumers are already wise on choosing their unit, prioritizing what's more important to them, regardless of how much their budget is. I guess that the impact of the smartphone market being loud for the last few yrs. Consumer always wait for the latest devices and learn more about it with your help, the content creators and techy folks. I say this since not everyone is that techy that can truly explains every helpful things of every other devices, than just reading all the specs on paper.

Is the camera really not good? How come I see very decent shots from users themselves even with low light shots. Not excellent maybe but I do think it's above average.
POCO F3 would have been the true flagship killer if they just made the camera better.

Great Job. I am getting the Xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne (has expandable memory) and the cameras are similar to the Xiaomi 12 Lite's which are awesome. Both are well priced.

The screen is disappointing? It's the best screen you can get on a phone right now, the Samsung E4 amoled panel
QHD is absolutelly unnecesary. It just consumes more battery.

there's already a working gcam for poco f3 and the quality is so much better
im actually really fed up watching reviews and searching for the best phone for me its so confusing so many options. one person says this and other says that .. i think u cn give me some valid options.

strong battery
super fine touch display so when watching utube or browsing scrolling etc i need a high class experience ..
i dont care wich OS or processor but it has to be quick so when i open watsap FB email or make a call etc those apps must launch quick in a flash.
i dont want to keep changing phones i just want to buy 1 to use at least for the next few years

I don't get it. Why reviewers kept complaining about headphone jack when you can connect wirelessly and the audio quality still as good as the wired one (maybe 2-5% are audiophiles and can tell the difference which is irrelevant) and why would you say the gamer want the headphone jack since that cable are in the way for your hand to properly hold the phone while playing?
