I love homemade chicken pot pie. I make my homemade cream soups. I made one 2 weeks ago. It was gone in record time. I do use a longer casserole dish.

While I was working on this, I knew I couldn't use chicken breasts because they take a short time to cook, and I had to make a chicken stock so using the chicken thighs would have to be the best choice for this type of pot pie.
