I am unable to get the template. I get the first email to confirm but the template doesn't show up. It's not in spam?

This is so amazing! Thank you for sharing. Is there a way to add more test names beyond AH?

Hi, I emailed you back as well. No, there's not; they won't transfer over to the individual student pages if you just add them.

@@TalesfromOutsidetheClassroom is there a tutorial that you used to create your sheet as I find that the assessments I use go beyond AH?

Thank you! IS there a way to have the sheet give the class data as a whole? for example percent of class who is in the green for cvc or letter sounds?

Yes, there are many different count and count if functions you can add in. I will explain how I set up mine using B/C columns but the same is true for the others and you can use the corner drag to extend the formulas across. In B34, I added =COUNT(B3:B32) so that the number of students actually assessed was counted. That way, fluctuations due to student moves is accounted for. Then in B35, I used the formula =COUNTIF(C3:C32,">79%") to count the number of students at 80% or above. You can adjust that figure to what works for you. In C35 I built the equation =B35/B34 so I could figure out the percent of students at mastery. There are many different formulas you can build in and use to look at the data more globally.

Is there a way to efficiently link the formulas from an individual test sheet to a student sheet? For example, if I want to add a PM7 sheet, how do I link the percentages from that sheet to the individual student sheet? Do I have to input every column formula one at a time for each subtest, or is there a way to import all at once? Thank you!

So sorry I missed this comment. It is cumbersome to add additional tabs onto the student sheets because you have to add the rows and manually insert the formulas for each domain. However, I do know a couple tips for speeding up the process for additional students after the first one. If you're still interested, email me at tessa@talesfromoutsidetheclassroom.com and I will try and talk it through with you as much as I can.

Hi! My grade team and I are hoping to share one document between the 3 of us for groupings. Is there a way to add more than 30 student names?

Hi, sorry, no, my prebuilt templates only include spaces for 30 students. You could add additional rows to the tracking pages but not the individual student pages. That number of tabs for the student pages would be quite cumbersome.

How do you add a new test name?

I show you that tab at the 1:30 mark. Changing the text is the same way you change any text. You don't have to do anything specific.

You are right! I uploaded a different way. I'm going to delete this and reupload a new version in just a bit. Thank you for commenting!

Actually, I'm having the same issue with new uploads. The best way to fix it is on the user end, unfortunately. Go to the settings cog, click quality, and then select auto. It's still not great, but it's much better than when I first viewed it.
