You have got more for prices paid. VW virtus se zyada acchi hai in terms of after sales
Apologies mate as I forgot about the sunroof. It is more than a decent size sunroof, but honestly I have not used it that lot, since weather in Delhi does not support much. After sale is too far fetched. VW had a better after sales than skoda, but then just a notch better. But, this issue past and it’s difficult to predict after sales now, since they recently started with the concept service package and extended warranty package. I think it should help in improving after sales, but it is just my opinion.
Yeah turbo Honda and Verna has naturally aspirated. Abhi Verna ka dct ,160 and 260 nm torques hain .

What are your thoughts on electric car? Which is the best electric car currently in market.. Should we wait for some more years for electric cars?
Wow! Tough question! IMHO,
Electric car is the future and yes we should invest in buying electric vehicles. However, we need to understand the use case first. If you love travelling and go long distance, then I reckon to wait for couple of more years, so as to have more charging stations at highways and public place. BHEL has already started working on it and have installed Solar based Charging Stations on Delhi Chandigarh highway. I understand all electric vehicle have a running range of 300 - 500 kmm on full charge, but it solely depends how are we driving. I’d rather suggest to wait for some more time.
Coming to the point on which is the best electric car. This again depends on how deep your pockets are. But IMO, Tata Nexon is good value for money as it gives decent performance and average at a fairly decent price. MG zS EV is good high performance car, but it comes with cost of around 28-30L. If your pockets are far more deep, then you may think of EV6 or BMW or an Audi etron. HTH!

I must say and appreciate your humble voice and TRUE to fact statements. ❤. Iam a middle class and would go for honda city if as and when my finance allow me. Cleary because of trust of Honda compare to skoda . Specially this generation quality issues. The rapid quality is what many missing.
I second your thought and I went with the same apprehensions while buying the car. Honestly, till date I have never regretted my decision. As I said, I used to own a honda before and Skoda is by far better than Honda in terms of safety.

Bhai ac kaisa hai.. compared to other cars..like city,verna...does it take time to cool the cabin?
AC ab theek hai… pehley issue tha.. but after software upgrade it does not trip. It is euivalent to city, but a notch less to Hyundai. But overall am happy with the AC. Last summer was terrible but now it’s comfortable.

If you buy the service and maintenance package upfront then I do not think it’s expensive. In bumper to bumper traffic its gives 12-13 , city -16 and highways 20-25 based on your driving skills

Sir 1.0 l engine lag krta haj kya ? Underpowered?
You experience lag only in automatic. Manual is powerfull throughout. You will experience extra thrust once it crosses 1700rpm.
What are ur thoughts on VW Vitus and how you see Slavia VS Virtus
They both are sisters and technically they do not have any difference since they both come from same parent. They only differ in design which is subjective to individual choice. I personally like Slavia better than Virtus because it gives a look of a Beemer. I am a big fan of its steering wheel. It really is a class apart. Comfort wise they both are the same.
What is the difference in Servive and Maintenance?
Service only covers the servicing where as maintenance covers all the parts if they are defected.
Hey... Just want to ask a single thing , iska milega kaisa hai ,mere thode relatives ke pass hai woh bol rahe hai 6-8 ke beech milenge hai aur mujhe city mai 11-13 tak ka milega chaiye .. So can you please let me know iska milega ok hai ki nahi ?(taking about 1.0 Ambition Automatic)
It has great mileage! It gives me a mileage of 13 km/l in city where ther is medium to high traffic. If I go on highways it gives me a mileage of 19 - 20 km/l. Honestly speaking mileage depends on individual driving than the car itself. You may end up getting a mileage of under 10, however the company may quote 18 - 20. I ll rather have video created on how to improve the mileage of a car. But to answe your question it has a great mileage and a fun to drive.

It is not. Thats just a misconception. Remember its first service happens after an year or 15000km. I have been getting the same mileage ever since I bought it, so rest assure!

What average and service cost does it give ?
In city and in normal traffic 1.0 manual can give the average of 17 kmpl. In regards to service cost, i took the maintenance package upfront for 25k and with which I did not have to pay for anything which is included in basic service. Although the service center suggests few things which are outside basic service like sunroof channel lubrication, wheel balancing, AC vent cleaning which is not mandatory but comes with extra cost which needs to be borne by the owner. HTH!
bro, log bol rhe hai ki interiors se rattling noise aa rha hai kuch dino baad.
In my case rattling song only comes if I keep things in door pockets or middle pocket, because the plastic quality isn’t good. Besides this, I have never faced rattling issues. You may also experience rattling sound from the piano finished plastic on the dashboard when you go over multiple small, but very annoying speed bumps on high speed.
Sunroof kharab hone ki chance rhti hai I will not go for sunroof, but want ventilated seat
Buddy maine kabhi yeh suna nahin hai ki sunroof kharaab hoti hai, plus you can get it serviced everytime you take your car to service center. Does not cost much. Sunroof se ek alag luxurious feel aati hai.

Nahin easily nahin beth paatey. It’s difficult but can be managed if it really required like once in a blue moon.

Nope, however you would hear engine rattling sound when in idle.

Its suspension is far better than verna and honda. You would feel as if you are driving a luxury sedan to the likes of an Audi, Beemer or a Mercedes!
One thing I missed to state that it has higher ground clearance than both honda city and Hyundai verna. Hence you need not worry on speed bumps or deep potholes.

Sedans are never meant to be an off roader. Yeah its ground clearance is the best in its segment, but is it an offroader, I don’t think so. Sedans are considered to be comfortable driving car with long base since it has a hood and the boot. If you take a sedan for a proper offroading, am sure it would either touch a hood or a boot. But having said that if can smoothly sail on high breaker and deep bumps.

I never said 10kmpl for Slavia. Slavias average is the best in the segment. You can easily get 15 in city and 20+ on highways. I think there is some misunderstanding. I have also posted speacial vlog just for Slavia mileage. Please watch below:-

I have not used any specific pressure washer. It is a normal garden hose pipe connected to multi sprayer.

Bro im confused with 1.5 vs 1.0L slavia . My budget is around 16L.
If your main usage is using it in City, Go for the 1L. 1.5 comes with a DSG gearbox and manual, the DSG is absolutely not suggested for bumper to bumper traffic there are high chances of failures.

Is the clutch hard, can you please help?
It is not at all hard. It is very smooth and so is the case of its stick shift.
How about in bumper to bumper traffic os it still smooth?
It is still soft as I have never felt fatigue while driving in Bumper to Bumper traffic.

IMO the smoothness of the clutch should not vary with the frequency of number of times it is getting press. If you start to feel pain in legs, the primary reason would be your legs are not used to extensive workout, which in this case would have happen. If you feel cramps then one should drink more water. Apologies if I sounded offending.

Your thoughts on virtus 1.0 ?
Technically, Virtus and Slavia are same. I like Slavia over Virtus since it gives a glimpse of BMW. Also, it has few things more in its Kitty, which Virtus doesn’t provide, like a subwoofer or an Amp.Last but not the least, there is a reason why Slavia has put a tag line of #simplyclever,as they have added few things, which may go unnoticed but are really apt once required for e.g. ticket holder clip on windscreen, elastic string above door pockets to hold documents. A special pocket at the back of seat covers to keep mobile. Virtus no doubt is a notch lengthier than Slavia but its just due to its bumper design. The cabin space remains the same. As I said before, technically they both have the same genes. HTH!

Depends on driving conditions. In my case where there is medium traffic then the mileage is around 15

Depends on your requirement. Do you like to drive fast? If so then, Yes its a good purchase. If not then I reckon 1.0 does the job and is really a value for money in contrast to 1.5.

Isse badiya interiors City mein hi mil jaate hain 😂 this car doesn't feel premium inside, full of hard plastics. The city has soft touch leather everywhere, even, look at the interior light switches! Slavia has cheap switches while City has premium push buttons 😍
City may not match up to the performance but there's no other car classier than City in the segment, as far as exterior styling and interior quality are concerned.
Truly said. City would undoubtedly have better interiors than Slavia, but cannot match up in performance and for me that matters the most. I used to own city prior to this, but was always saddened whenever I used to drive over a speed bump. Most of the time it used to hit underneath, which is quite disheartening. Slavia has byfar the highest ground clearance. Last but not the least it comes with 5 start Ncap. So, IMO its a tradeoff! Feature vs performance vs safety. Choose your pick!
@@TheVloggerVS that's okay, you said that Slavia has the best interiors in the segment that's why I rebutted. That's simply not true. City cannot match Slavia's performance admittedly. Btw, 5th gen City has been rated 5 stars in ASEAN NCAP.

If you are looking for features, sun roof then yes you have to increase your budget. But that would be the case in all sedans unless you go for CIAZ. The top end model would still cost you a lakh more. But IMO Slavia ambition is not bad either.

Mate, though Skoda is an awesome car but would not recommend you, since the service center is 120km away. I’d rather suggest you to go for Maruti Grand Vitara Delta variant. I am sure Maruti showroom and service center should be near by your place.

Have been a proud owner of Honda city and hence sharing my experience. Good to know that Honda City has noise padding, but trust me if you haven’t driven slavia, please do drive it once and share your experience. Am sure your view is going to get changed for sure.
@@TheVloggerVS thanks for the thoughts.. however you should also have a ride on the 2023 Honda City.. people tend to let down the new City sighting the Slavia and Virtus as better ones.. however the new City is much improved and has so stupid cost cutting issues.. It will remain the best for even the future..
I drove all 3 while I was on a car hunt back in 2022 and at that tine I found Slavia to be the best in terms on suspension and comfortable drive. Am not certain if things have changed this year. Will surely drive the 2023 model and see if my view gets changed. Having said that, it’s obvious that launch of Slavia and Virtua had a knock on impact on the sales of reigning Sedan champion.

@@TheVloggerVS Nice and useful review. I've only owned and driven just 1 car: Vento. I guess seat comfort might be varying from person-to-person (based on their height, sitting posture, curvature of spine, strength of back muscles, etc.). I guess the German manufacturer cars tend to have firmer cushioning, which must be good for longer trips, whereas soft cushioning (which I believe might be the case with Honda City) might feel more comfortable for shorter trips. I personally don't like the seat in Vento as it hardly provides any lower back support. So, any trip lasting more than 25-30 min leaves me with a stiff lower back.

Good Spot! But let me just correct you with few things.
1) Thats not the front of my neighbor house. Its the sidewall.
2) Its an abandoned house. No one lives there.
3) Last but not the very least my car is parked over the drain line and therefore all the water spread would have gone drained in no time.
So basically your so called Gandgi is in front of my house and not my neighbors. Though I do not accept the comment, but appreciate the fact that there are people like you who believe in cleaniness but with a touch of sarcasm!

@@TheVloggerVS I, for one, found your video optimally paced. It was comprehensive and covered most of the points a prospective buyer would look for. One small tip: it might help some of the viewers if you also remark on the quality of headlights. My Vento's stock headlights were absolutely pathetic, and even the official 'upgrade' to HIDs was hardly any use. Likewise, Hyundai-Kia top trim vehicles have become infamous for insufficient illumination. I'm given to understand that the present generation VW-Skoda cars have much better lights, but a remark on that aspect from a long-term user would have been more confidence inspiring.
@@KetPan - Yes, the headlights are optimum as per my need. The throw and spread are both good. I would not say that these are blinding lights, but they ensure they get a “Job well done” taggged to them. Giving a second thought, I will try creating a short and share with you. HTH!
