This track feels so serene, sad, and lonely all at the same time...which makes sense for the current state of the war that the UNSC has found itself in.
Only reason I haven't ended it through the pain of being witness testament to the daily injustice, suffering, toiling & death i see & feel the ultimate sin of ending it yourself ,no better than you being evil incarnate & wanting to do away with all of life & all its pleasures, delights, enjoyments as small & as trivial as they maybe they far out weight the pain as long as one may endure it.though in honesty I've come to recognize how important in faith is to humanity to have hope in a better tomorrow even if it never comes @ all.
For an experimental mission, Bungie did the best & it’s a nice mission concept to be able to have space battles, also after checkin Marty O’Donnell inception of this song makes it better.
The background is the skybox from an official multiplayer level (if anyone didn't know). It unnerves me that this image is cannon and what ultimately what Reach looks like after the Covenant is done. Completely molten, everything glowing. Its crazy to me that this is what the Covenant can do to a planet.
The map is called Condemned(which is such a fitting name) and is set on an orbital communication station in Reach’s orbit. It is haunting playing on a heavily damaged station watching the remnants of UNSC resistance fighting a Covenant corvette above a glassed world…
Man! This is so beautiful. When I hear this, I think about those legendary Noble six soldiers who laid their lives down for Cortana & Master Chief. But now we have a new enemy. I wish all of my true halo fans good luck on playing Halo infinite next year. The fight isn’t finished yet, Master Chief will always do his thing by saving the human race. The War has just begun. Halo Forever!
There is almost something missing from this. Perhaps the sounds of plasma bolts crackling off your shields, the engines of your YSS-1000 Sabre roaring in the void, the rhythmic thumping of your guns and missiles firing into Covie fighters and ships, or that sweet sweet sound of locking onto an unshielded Seraph. All the same, this rocks! Its because of Halo Reach that when heavy fighting takes place in space, this is the music I imagine playing in the background!
Love this. Excellent work, you make people who don’t like to scroll through 6 minutes of garbage to get to the good part of it’s lives easier. People like me.
Hearing this while flying around for the first time is magical. Something I’ve always wanted since halo 3. Before they made a cutscene for the Ark, originally it was going to be a space battle then you’d make your way down to the surface of the ark. Glad we got to see it above reach tho
Ver el espacio exterior es una de las cosas mas asombrosas que como ser humanos podemos conocer, sin duda alla afuera hay tantas cosas que nuestros ojos nunca han visto, este OST describe muy bien ese sentimiento
So this is it NOBLE 6 this is the moment where you gonna fight for freedom of Reach for freedom of every civilian , marine , other spartan teams this is the moment that gonna type you to heroes because remember that every spartan believes on you , so stand up , dont stop , and the last , dont give up and fight it back to your enemies , WE count on you good luck .
@@MsNessbit Not naturally but the UNSC has terraforming tech so they probably calcuated the habitable zone and terraformed one of the world in that zone.
Anchor 9 to all UNSC ships, station defenses are back online. Clear the lane, we'll light them up.
Always felt this track signified the like lonely, empty, mysterious and often terrifying void of space
But as well its gran awe inspiring & unfathomable scope of neverending vastness.
Space. The final frontier.
... and our defense.

Reach orbits in a binary system with a Main Sequence and Dwarf star?
I think so, yeah. Can habitable planets even emerge in a star system like that?
