Sakshi, I think 50 hrs not a small number per month for a domestic airline. So,25k- 28k basic salary is just average salary especially when cabin crew job is very stressful nowadays. Perhaps lead cabin crew would be getting far far better salary. Btw, thanks for sharing valuable information 👍
I don't know if I'm right person or this comment will be read: maybe keep the dress worn of your cabin crew(it sort of displays professionalism). The thumbnail has like right amount of aesthetics and clickability. And you are sort of in an advantage of less competition. So you can be an remembered person for everyone than just 1lakh subscribers and not even remembering as your presentation skills are good. And as you grow upgrade your mic.
I get what you’re saying however uniform is something I respect and I wouldn’t wear it anywhere other than duty, for thumbnail I use the pictures i have so it becomes more relevant.
