Federal Signal 1000T Siren Test, Failure and Ambience | Branched Oak Lake, NE | 8/4/21

This video is one I never edited. I was probably angry at myself at the time for missing the disconnect being in the off position on this siren at the time. This siren was replaced by a 2001 SRNB sometime shortly after this video was recorded. The 2001 that replaced this siren is believed to be an ex-Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Plant. This siren was located at Branched Oak Lake in northwest Lancaster County. Lancaster County tests its sirens on the first Wednesday of the month at 10:15am.
