Well fuck. I've been starting and stopping for decades due to the ongoing shitstorm of my life. I guess it's too late to do my thing like this.

I turn 50 in January. Is it simply too late? Even if I start putting things up in a regular fashion?

@@gilesbowkett I have no problem with musical skill. I'm killing it on every instrument I play including vocals where I have yet to meet anyone who can out sing me, getting better every day, drums better every day. It's the internet stuff that I've done badly for so long I don't know if there's any way for me to recover. At least not without a team.

@@ekayaniperforms The internet is fucking stupid to put it kindly. Giving our lives over to robots is not helping. If we can take it back from the tyrants maybe it won't be so intentionally confusing. The most inane idiocy is the easiest thing to make money on with how stupid the internet has become outside puddles of sanity like this channel.

    Funny...
As I read your title it occurred to me... The BIGGEST blind spot is having a "music" career. That job description is gone. You are actually either an affiliate marketer or a platform influencer these days. Having a 'music career' is missing the playing field and causing you to waste your budget.

    This is super depressing

And because everyone needs to fake that they are 'bigger than they are', its hard to tell if anyone is actually making a living, vs 'surviving'.
