Not going to sit here & say it's super exciting news but we're in this for the long haul and I'm happy accumulating both Doge and Litecoin.

I just got one today
Hey Matt - I just got my Mini-Doge and my electricity runs 0.165/kWh. So it will cost me about $24. I knew the price of DOGE would make this just a $20-30 profit. I’m banking on an eventual rise or periodic spikes. If it even gets to 40 cents a coin, that’s fantastic. I’d rather be mining at these prices and sell it when it runs up again.

Good video Matt. I would note that the using the goldshell numbers on the electricity side of the evaluation is a little wonky. I would suggest a meter at your plug. The reasoning is simple. It is not just your utility rate to consider. Your power supply and external fans for cooling for example: 2 machines on one 750 is going to draw less overall than having 1 on a 750 PSU. If you have 3 on a 850 you will also have a much different power profile. I AM NOT an electrician, point being goldshell is over simplifying the profitability as many other factors can improve/hurt profitability in regards to electricity. To get a true number put the setup on your own inexpensive meter and put your own numbers in and you might like/hate the results. But they will help you make your decision based on your individual result. Keep this great content coming!
Good info, high kilowatt hours may be a factor. I’m looking for a good miner soon, still interested in both IoT and PoW and other alternatives.
I'm the same as you ... but I'm paying double the electricity costs that you are... extra pain for me ... my question is do I keep mining even when my earnings go into a minus...

I’m setting up my mini doge and when I try to add f2 in the pool configuration I get a message that says unable to set new pools. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Why are people shocked when they see these numbers. If the price of Doge sucks when your mining it guess what? You profitability sucks. If Doge was .50 all of a sudden this thing is a monster. You know how many Doge and Litecoin it’s gonna mine per month approx. If your gonna cry about the fact that crypto is on a down trend then don’t be involved in crypto. It’s extremely volatile. Just bank your Doge and sit on it for a better day. Then your profitability goes up. Pretty simple. Has nothing to do with the miner. We know how much Doge it’s gonna mine. It’s an investment of unknown upside or downside. Pick your horse and ride to freedom. Thanks for the content! Can’t look at things in the short term.

These are not gonna make you instantly Rich...we all know that..
But the prices of Doge and LTC are at their lowest point in a long time..if they go up..Doge and Especially LTC..they will make some good money!!..
BTC needs to jump back up to 60..70k...and you will be happy with these little units..
Unless you want to go out and put a 30Amp Breaker in , a 220 plug and spend about 10k on a BTC miner...and spend like 250 a month on Electric...
But these are a good little investment..that don't cost much to run...and are quiet..
You should be running them on Low Power ..when the coins are this cheap...

Sold two of my mini doge for cost and bought an atmotube and helium miner. Profits from both blow the mini doge out the water.
Smart decision there. Truly can't beat PlanetWatch and Helium in comparison to the Mini Doge. I try to be involved with everything so I certainly don't regret the Mini Doge purchase and hopefully eventually those two tokens sky rocket and show returns similar to the other two we mentioned. :)
I think the L3 antminer is more profitable than the doge miner
