I'm a stylist and one suggestion that I have for Matthew is to get different glasses. He would look better with a wider frame for the size of his face and instead of round make them more rectangle. He would look more stylish instead of dorkey. He is a nice looking fellow.
@T. B.; I once saw MB at a Lowes in Albuquerque a few years back. I did a double take and those iconic glasses were a dead giveaway. He acted ordinary and didn't expect any fanfare. I think he should keep the glasses, regardless of face shape. It's part of his brand. He is an attractive man, isn't he? I also saw Julia Roberts at the same Lowes shopping for something. I'm a California girl, so seeing stars is no big deal.

I'm from Newport Beach Ca and saw Nicholas Cage in Corona del Mar getting at a juice bar on PCH. Very tall and a nice looking fellow. He had a nice swagger about him. A lot my friends are leaving Ca for something different, could be the politics or taxes, plus high gas prices. LOL

I miss the people most of all. People in other states are not as happy and friendly. And there are so many wonderful things to do in California. I lived and worked near Fashion Island. After all these fires, pandemics, and war your friends might move back. It's a stressful time everywhere right now. They'll find out that it's actually worse to live other places and it's difficult to live by lesser standards. Nicolas Cage has striking features, being German and Italian, and he's a handsome 6 ft. tall man. ( I prefer tall men with a healthy build like his.) He's part of the Coppola familia! Italiano!!

I have a cousin who bought a lovely Victorian house in Tarrytown for I think 350k, worth quite a bit more today especially as he has a large garden. His also has another house upstate. They have no kids so no idea what would happen to them.
This wasn’t a great tour but ah… to be rich! Both have careers in the “pretend world” & getting paid big bucks, having a great time doing so. Ohhh the rich elite! What a life.
Absolutely despise townhouses. I hate the bathrooms on upper floors stacked in top of the kitchen sink/stove area...eckitty eck! I'd consider one if the kitchen was on top floor with 360 degree view.
Misleading. Ridiculously long introduction. Boring. No tour. What little they show is not my taste, too much clutter, but they might not like my taste either.
