Ooof, framerate, dam i thought you were going to add a "framerate over time" adjustment to the program. That would have been handy.

I gave up on animating mouths, until I have more help, I will only animate key sequences
Also: ffmpeg is amazing. Just dont touch the cli, use the py module

there's an error partway through where you said ffmpeg is bad when you meant amazing. It's okay you don't have to rerender everything you can just splice new frames in with ffmpeg

The tutorial coincides with the release of version 3 of the code which is targeted at making the tool significantly more approachable.
