Indian Train from Delhi to Agra + Our Holi 2020 Experience! (The Gatimaan Express AC Chair Car)

- Train travel in India isn't just one of the most commonly used methods of transportation - it seems to be a way of life for the locals that rely on them to get around! We wanted to try out as many Indian train classes as we could in our India series, but we were only able to check out the AC Chair Car class on the Gatimaan Express before we had to leave. The train turned out to be quite comfortable on the ride from Delhi to Agra with tons of leg room and a pretty decent vegetarian meal - we would highly recommend this train for moving between Agra and Delhi.
The day before our train journey was Holi in India,. This video also tells the story about how we played Holi at our hostel with many of the staff members, from throwing chalk colours at each other, to dancing in the rain - it was an extremely memorable experience for us. I'm south indian , and holi isn't celebrated here ...but I've experienced holi in childhood when I was in NI and that was one of the best times in my life. Glad to see you both embrace indian culture rather than being a skeptical Critique trying to attain luxurious clean trip, That's not India

If you really wanna celebrate real holy .Visit mathura,vrindaban(India) which is about 60-100 km from agra. The holy festival celebrates there for 1 week.. With not only with colours, but with ladoo, flowers, bamboo sticks and shields (lath maar holy) and so much.. See more vrindaban holy videos thats amazing just like spanish la tomatina fest. It awesome fest of India

That roll you had in the train is a cutlet. They usually serve omelette for non-veg meals and cutlets for veg meals (breakfast).

We booked our hostels through Agoda and booked our train through the hostels... it's hard when you can only book trains online if you are an Indian card holder
